On 5/18/20 I ordered some muscle shirts and when I got them they were 4 inches shorter then the last ones I purchased. They were marked right but not made right, I was told to send them back and I will be charged $10.00 for returning them. I argued with them stating they were made wrong , they said that it was too bad and to send them back for a partial refund. So another words you lost $10.00 and still need shirts that are made properly.
I wouldn’t order another thing from Haband they’re taking advantage of the elderly and don’t care.

I bought a sweater that says CASHMERE on their description and I received it today as ACRYLIC... Jajajajajja aWTF is that? Do they speak English? PLEASE BEWARE NOT NOT TO BUY from this WEBSITE because it is a JOKE!

Received an order in March 2019. Sent back a dress for an exchange from size Med to Small and also ordered a casserole carrier for $12.99 (sent check for the cost of the casserole carrier).
Received the casserole carrier on May 11 but no dress.
I have called and emailed multiple times concerning the even exchange for the dress. They claim the exchange was for the dress to be replaced with casserole carrier. Also quoted price for carrier at $24.99.
Price in catalog and online is $12.99.
Customer service told me their prices online vs catalog are not the same. Unbelievable!!!
Long story short, I am out $19.99 for the dress. Will not be buying anything else from such a crooked company!!!

I bought several pair of men's boxer shorts. All were the correct size and they were cut in a more generous fashion - a larger seat and longer length, none have faded after repeated washings. All good and fine.
BUT
they were advertised as a cotton/polyester blend short, so I thought 50/50 blend - no. It's a 95% polyester/5% cotton blend and it's like wearing plastic underwear, you can't really wear them in the very hot and humid summer, it feels like they'll melt on your waist and upper thighs.
I bought them at a good price, or so I thought, but shipping charges (too high) and sales tax bring up the price. I was going to buy undershirts from them, but after reading many reviews here, I decided not to buy from Haband again.

I ordered three medium sweaters in different colors. Received two and one was back ordered. They were too large, so I called to exchange the two I received and have them change the back ordered sweater for a small. Was told that I would have to pay $9.99 for the original order to be exchanged and an additional $9.99 for the one they are already sending back ordered. So essentially I would be paying almost as much as the order. Obviously they don’t stand behind their product. I’ll never order from this company again!

Went to haband coupons said Free shipping on 29 order gave the same code as 40 percent off tried to call customer service and they were closed called today got a person who would not even listen got mad ask for supervisor she basically called me a lier told me I was wrong boy do I with I would have taken a screenshot 400 $ order and she refused to take off the shipping I am glad they have so much business that they can lose customers
Over 16$ .with me it's the principal they should not have said free after 29$ also the last time I tried to place an order for 500 I guess because the prices were really good it keep saying it was processing Never did get the order

Ordered on December 15th, didn’t process order until December 19th. Didn’t receive order until December 24th. Too late to deliver to my relative. Had to buy something else for them. Was shipped UPS and then transferred to the post office. Unfortunately I live only three hours from their distribution center. Could have driven there and back in less than 1/2 day! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes from Haband a couple months ago. They started falling apart right away. I contacted Haband about returning the shoes. I returned the shoes and Haband charged me a late fee even after the shoes were returned. Haband posted negative information to my Credit Report damaging my credit. BEWARE I will NEVER purchase anything from these crooks...

I ordered some clothing for my sick friend to cheer her up. Price was okay, and I had a free shipping coupon code, I entered order, put in code, shipping zeroed out, then I reviewed and hit enter and when the bill came out they had RE-ADDED the shipping in. So I contact Cust service and they said there was no such order, so I gave them the order number, then they said they didn't have record of the no shipping code, so I told them, then they wrote back asking which website gave me the free shipping code (I no longer remembered), so I said, I am done with several days of back and forth, cancel the order, They then sent me an email saying too late, we already shipped it. Nice move, right? Scratch another customer. Now I see why they have a one star review. Will tell my friends about rip-off city here.

i ordered items for Christmas presents. By the time they got to putting the order together some of the items were backordered. The other part of the order had not shipped 5 days after the order was placed. Items that are available will NOT be delivered by Christmas. I requested the entire shipment to be cancelled as I now have to scramble & find gifts to replace what I ordered. They gave me a hard time with cancelling the order as it was being processed & they could not stop it. If I didn't want it I would have to return it back once I did receive it. Are you kidding me. I will have to pay the return for items they could not ship timely. i ordered other items from there sister company Blair on the same day & received them 3 days after placing the order. This company used to be good now the stink. If you want to make sure you are going to get an item when you need it ,you have to order months in advance or forget about it. Personally I have no time to waste on companies like this.

I ordered 3 shirts at 9.99 with FREE shipping. They were the wrong size. After returning them, they sent one and back ordered 2. So far I have been charged almost $30 for shipping. Don't do business with this company!!!!

My mom & I ordered 3 flannel shirts for my dad for Christmas. The shirts came but the consistency of sizes were not the same. 2 of them had to be retuned. We were supposed to have free shipping but that wasn't the case either. They Finally refunded the cost of the 2 shirts returned and we have been argueing about shipping. Now the 2 shirts are out of shock. In the end 1 shirt cost $40.96 that was suppose to be $12!

I placed an order in October for Christmas and received a confirmation email with an order number, total, and all order information. I called after not receiving my items, gave them my order number and was informed it was canceled. The customer service representative was very rude and hung up on me. She never bothered to call back. I went online and placed the order a SECOND time! Again, I received a confirmation email and when I called to check the status of my second order, I was told it didn't exist and they couldn't help me. The customer service rep told me she could place the order over the phone but the items I wanted were sold out (it's December now/2 months later). Haband is horrible! I will never order from them again.

Started order Oct 22.2018.don't even know where to begin. They charged me $3.00 for 3 day shipping that took 9 days.they sent 1 pair short.I waited a couple weeks. Called them and they said they would send them out.they sent me 5 pairs of paints and charged me again same amount. I sent them back using the post office. Cost $16.00 they owed me $77.96 they sent me $71.96. $6.00 ship $6.00.l $16.00. To send it back.out $28.00. Got my money Nov. 16,2018 For garbage.BEWARE. THEY'RE RUNNING A SCAM. THERES MORE JUST TRYING TO condense

I have been ordering from Haband for several years. Over the years, I have had orders that I didn't receive; Items that were back ordered but never came in, items that didn't fit well or weren't true to size, items that I was supposed to get free shipping on but was charged shipping anyway. Most recently, I ordered 2 blouses on one order and a steam iron and small vacuum cleaner on a separate order. I didn't receive either order. I got emails saying the orders had shipped and tried to track them but kept getting the message that they were in transit. I never did get delivery notification on either order and then a few days later, I got an email saying Haband had received my returns. I did not return them as I had never received them. I called customer service and all they could say was that they had received the items I returned and a refund had been made to my account. The carrier on this was UPS. I never did get any notification from UPS either. So, now, I am just done. I have learned that this company cannot be trusted and they are probably never going to change. I wont be doing business with them again.

I ordered using their expedited express delivery service having paid a $10.00 expedited fee along with a regular shipping fee of $12.99 only to find out that it meant 2 days after leaving their processing facility which could be whenever even if it's a much as a week lateror so. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO GET TO YOU IN (2) BUSINESS DAYS ACCORDING TO THEIR DECEPTIVE STATEMENT ON THEIR ORDERING FORM.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants, both labeled my size, but one mislabeled and many sizes to large. They charge for returns, but assured me no charge if their error. But they did charge me and told me twice that "returns" had determined they were the correct size, so the charge would stand. As a disabled veteran who served on his college Honor Court, whose ring reads "Honor Above Self", I was offended they would rather call me a liar and lose my business than admit a mistake and lose $9.99. They do have quality problems.

This is June 14. I ordered two blouses in the same pattern but different colors. They arrived weeks later and they were both way too big. I looked at their measurement chart and ordered appropriately. Therefore I returned them for an EXCHANGE. I paid 27.73 for the order and this week I received a check for $17.74. When I called and asked them about the exchange, all I heard was that I was charged $9.99 for the postage to mail them back! This is terrible customer service! They should have suggested another style if the ones I ordered were not available. I will NEVER order from this company again! What a RIB OFF!
Also on this review, they have me fill in the purchase date but is ti for 2020 and it can't be changed. This is really a shoddy company!

We received an advertisement from Haband for "FREE Express Shipping" on $39 or more with the code "Dasher". So we ordered 3 items using this code and through the order process it stated that the shipping would be removed on page 3, well it never was. I emailed Haband and never received an answer, I also called Haband and the customer service was VERY RUDE and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she said that "the supervisors are not taking any calls at this time". I asked what time I should call back and she said "oh, in an hour or so". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
