The level of service provided by Jim Walker is beyond words. You can read all these glowing reviews and actually be turned away by them thinking it is not possible or real. Page after page of 5 star reviews, in this case, may actually understate the dedication to doing the job quickly and right you will get with Jim. Very simply put, and without any payment or reimbursement sent my way, let me be clear: If you choose anyone else to work with, you are making a mistake.

This guy is really good. He really knows what he is doing and it is good experience talking to him. He also answers questions afterwards patiently. If you need professional help to restore and secure your Wordpress webseite I highly recommend Jim Walker The hack Repair Guy". I found Jim Walker courtesy of a google search and I am glad I did. After I got hacked, I researched a little and knew although this was something I wanted to get taken care of, I was also a little out of my depth. Enter Jim Walker. He is like a ninja; operating behind the scenes to not only restore your website to its former glory but also to help you in the future. Jim is the man. I hope you do not have the issues I had; but if you do, make sure you seek Jim Walker out.

I own a small web development company and have about 100 hosted clients on various servers. I've used Jim's hack repair service 2 times and both times have been great experiences. When our sites were hacked, I called, spoke directly to a real person who immediately took action, and within hours we were back up and running. We also had great follow-up service. I've been creating websites since 2005, and I can tell you when your site gets hacked the stress level is immense. I've been honored to work with Jim two times in 14 years, and both times the Hecks to my sites were insidious, and extremely harmful. Even though I have good security protocols, this can happen to you too. I can assure you that there is No one in the country more qualified to trust your website to than Jim. Our site was compromised and we had 6 hours to fix it before our server shut us down - Jim started working on the issue within 15 minutes of our phone call. He was easy to work with, went above and beyond to fix our site, and then checked in routinely to make sure everything was working well. I'd recommend him to anybody!!

The service Jim Walkers company (aka The Hack Repair Guy) provided was timely, affordable and thorough. I had an issue with a clients website that was investigated and corrected within a few hours. Jim is very courteous, imparts knowledge and followed up consistently throughout the process and following days to ensure I knew exactly what was going on and what to do as a final step. We spent two days on our own trying to cleanup our group of websites that were hacked, to no avail. Within barely two hours, he had everything restored and back up and running! He was extremely easy to work with, made everything simple for us, and was very nice! I would highly recommend his services to everyone and anyone! Hopefully we don't need them again ourselves, but if we do, I'll know exactly who to call!

Whatever I might write herein would only echo all of the other 5-Star reviews for hackrepair.com. On a Saturday morning, Jim answered my call from the opposite US coast, described his services/fees, accepted my payment of his most reasonable fee, and within a few hours had my company website back up and running. What else is there to say...? Jim and his team provide, what is today a very and most rare combination of technical expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism. Many companies talk the talk....Jim and hackrepair.com walk the walk. I'm sure glad they're out there doing what they do.

It was a Friday afternoon, I had never had my website hacked before and I didn't know what to do. After a quick google search, Jim's website came up first and highly rated so I gave him a call. He answered the phone himself, gave me a very reasonable quote, and had my website back to normal before Monday. He was extremely professional and helpful, I highly recommend him to anyone. Jim has been a true life saver. I was completely lost after my hosting account got hacked. All of my websites were affected. Within' 2 days he was able to clean and restore 5 of my sites. When I first realized that my website, moriee.com, was down I didn't know where to turn to. My hosting company would have made me pay an exorbitant amount to fix the problem, so I looked into other options and found Jim. From start to finish, he was never hard to reach, walked me through his process and just made it all as painless as possible. I had my site back up and running in under 24 hours! I found this business after searching for a real person someone that I could actually speak to on the phone that wouldn't over charger me for being a victim to hackers!! I promise other companies are out to punish your pockets for being hacked! Hackrepair acted quickly and listened to everything I had to say I've been dealing with my crappy hosting provider Bluehost and they did nothing to help me!! Jim has the best prices and moves quickly getting our sites up within hours. Our company staffs over 30 people and new staff not able to fill out job applications because of the hack so I can speak with confidence when I say we are very grateful for the service provided thank you so much!!!

We've used Hack Repair twice now for hacks and would never go anywhere else. Jim is efficient and keeps us up-to-date on what's going on so we never feel in the dark. While we hope we never need hack repair, we would only turn to Jim! He also provides great suggestions for increasing security, as well as his own security services for sites.

I have a small blog. Everyone wants to teach bloggers how to master SEO and Pinterest, or create a course, but not many talk about site security and what to do when your site gets hacked. Finding out my site had been hacked was so stressful, I had two issues back to back, over the course of a few weeks. When my host provider suspended my account it was embarrassing and damaging to the reputation of both my site and business. I did quite a bit of research trying to figure out how to get my site cleaned up and back online. I am so glad I found and hired Jim to fix my site. Other companies wanted me to pay ongoing monthly or annual fees that I couldn't afford. Jim not only cleaned up my site quickly (less than two hours), he gave me (easy) steps to get my end cleaned up and what to do to prevent future hacks, with no additional monthly fees for other services. He even told me I could cancel an unnecessary service I had been paying for, which saved me even more. It has only been a month but I wanted to share my experience since I am so thankful that I have had no further problems. Get on the phone with Jim, and get your site back.

I was completely lost after site was hacked , completely down offline. I found Jim through another website teaching you how to clean malware hack but if you couldn't recover your site at all, try him! The price was right, the service freaky fast and Jim answers the phone! Awesome! Since my host site managed to let my site get infected I fired them.. and asked Jim to host site.. 2 birds , one stone! Great job.

This was the second company I contacted to clean my hijacked websites. At first it seemed too good to be true: a one time fee, with protection and SEO review at 1/5 the cost of the first company's quote... The service, communication and speed of completion exceeded my too-good-to-be-true expectations. There are good guys in cyber land. Jim and company are some of them.

Great service! Our website was completely compromised. Jim responded incredibly quickly, started working on it straight away and solved the issue providing constant updates and valuable advice in the process. As advertised the service was effective, rapid and at a definitely lower price than other alternatives. Jim was also very proactive in not just solving the problem but also sharing what work he was doing and suggestions on how to avoid similar situation in the future. Definitely recommended!
