Really disappointed to find that Halo's bank with Barclays who were unable to transfer my GBP 16,000.00 to my An Post ( Irish Post Office) Bank Account. I was able to make the transaction online from my Nat West bank account and have just transferred a further 16k with Currency Solutions who bank with RBS and had no issue transferring the funds. Really disappointing that I will be unable to use Hailo for any future transactions. Have to say that everyone was really helpful though and tried their best, but ultimately it meant that 5 days later I had to have the funds transferred back to me and then i had to transfer via Nat west at a detrimental rate, so i lost out financially on this debacle. Not impressed at all.

I have dealt with Alistair for several years now. Responses to my e-mail requests for money transfers have always been very quick. E-mail updates help me to follow the progress of my money transfers.
Halo offers a safe & reliable way to transfer payments on a one-off or regular basis.

I use Halo on a regular basis to exchane gbp for US dollars. Always a good rate and so simple. Just a telephone call to check rate, the deal is struck there and then, a confirmation email arrives a few moments later. I send the agreed amount direct to Halos bank in the U.K. and usually the money is in my American bank well within one day. A meerkat might say " simples "!
