I contacted Hampshire Flag asking if they could deliver next day. Yes, they said. Alison was so helpful and found just what I needed. The order was completed and delivered, next day, just like they said. We ordered knitted bunting in 5 colours. The quality of the goods was excellent. Bright colours and hard wearing. Will certainly use Hampshire Flag again.

Great service, contacted to just ask if they supplied a flag to us as I was new to the establishment, had all our details and supplied an identical flag to the one that was a bit moth eaten,

When ordering I asked for a PM delivery as we are a club and nobody is around
all day so we have to arrange for someone to be there when the goods arrive
and PM was on the delivery note.So to get a phone call at 9.30 AM to say that the delivery note said AM and that they will put the goods over the fence was very poor
we will not using you again.

I have made a few purchases over the years from Hampshire and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of my order, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

The normal delivery time for the flag I bought was 3-5 days but I gave Hampshire a ring and they put it in the post that same day. The flag was a present and it was lovely thing and very much appreciated.
Can't fault the service nor the product.

I needed 2 large sewn Marshall Islands flags, pronto. They were made to order in 48 hours, shipped overnight and were with me the day after. The quality is great, & service couldn't have been better. Happy customer ????

I telephoned Hampshire flags at the last minute looking for advice and to order flags and the flagpoles at very short notice. I was given lots of information and alternative prices for Union Jack flags. They went out of their way to make sure I had all of the merchandise by the next - by courier - day to meet my deadline. Great value and service and the quality has been unexpectedly high given the modest price paid. Happily for me, I had a live person answer the telephone immediately and know, in detail, about their products. Many thanks

Alison did a wonderful job under pressure from me and the complete order, in two parts, arrived prior to the event, to which the flags, bunting, banners provided a splendid backdrop.

OK service and helpful but I definitely recommend challenging on price as they charge a lot more for the same product than other online companies - disappointing as we have used them for a number of years and now feeling a tad ripped off.

2 stars due to not receiving one of the flags (they were numbered so this had an impact on the event) due to it "being sent separately to the rest and to a wrong address" was very inconvenient. On the flip-side, the remaining flag was sent out to me in Amsterdam at the event and only had to miss it for one of the three days.

I have been using the company for a number of years, almost without problems. In recent times it seems that thinner (4 mm.?) ropes have been used on flags. This applies to my most recent purchase. My previous Union flag had the same thickness rope which eventually broke, although the flag itself was in good condition. At least on that occasion the rope was replaced with something more substantial at no cost. I suspect that the rope on my latest purchase will eventually suffer the same fate. For the sake of a few pence more a more substantial rope would last the lifetime of the flag, as it has done so on my other purchases.

This was the first time of purchasing a flag pole and flag. The chat line was excellent and gave me all the answers I needed to make the right choice.
The parcel arrived a few days later and we had the flag & pole erected in time for Rememberence Sunday. The pole and flag are both great quality. Thank You

The final service was excellent but it took from first contact in April 2019 to November 2019 to action the installation. I feel that having run my own firm, if I had treated my clients this way, I would not have had the business very long. Having said my piece, the final job is well done.

Service excellent - I needed the Malaysia flag quickly for their National Day on 31st August. It came in good time - the staff very helpful and obliging.

Very competitively priced items with offer of 10% off first order. Delivery arrived promptly. Sales staff were very helpful and helped me identify an additional item i wanted. Upon checking the delivery, two flags were missing from the consignment. I raised this with the company within one hour of delivery. When the company emailed me and spoke to me about this, i was made to feel like i was not telling the truth as they insisted it was included in the package as dispatched. It was only when I pressed them that they agreed to send out two flags. Flag pole, installation kit and flags all seem good quality. Just need to plant it in the ground now!

I ordered a race marshal's yellow flag which was despatched and received promptly. However, the flag was a gold colour rather than the standard bright yellow. I drew this matter to their attention and they sent me a replacement flag of the right colour immediately in the post which was received the following day. The staff throughout were easy to to contact and very helpful throughout.
