It's been AWESOME! They kept me posted with the shipment and even sneaked in a free cleaning cloth for my new camera. Shipping was free and fast. Would definitely shop here again and tell my friends to as well. Highly recommended!!

Livia was the best. She knows her stuff and helped me select a great camera, even though I don't speak a lick of camera lingo. She took her time and explained all of the features until I understood everything. What a great store - hard to find this kind of service around Times Square anymore. Highly recommended.

I found this Camera Shop when I was looking for a newly released lens that no one in the US had yet last fall. Not only did they get the lens before all the other stores (including the big guys), they kept me informed with REAL info (I say real as it proved to be correct). I have since purchased several more cameras, a flash and lenses (I am semi professional photographer and a tech junkie) and always get the same great service and updated info. And I even stopped to see their store and meet them on a trip to NYC in December. They are real and just as friendly in person. Just for the record, I have no affiliation with them, other than being a loyal customer now. I had never heard of them before I found them when searching for that item (a Panasonic lens) I was looking for last fall. I wish they sold other electronics too!

WOW!! What a wonderful shopping experience. I would not hesitate to recommend H and B to anyone. I came into the store with a list of items I wanted in a camera and explained to Tony my level of experience with cameras (limited to point and shoot). After listening carefully to me, he suggested several cameras and then presented each to me. At no time was there any pressure to make a decision and purchase from H and B. Of course, I did make a purchase after being assured that I was able to take the camera home and try it for 15 days. Knowing that I could make a return made it much easier to purchase the camera. Within the 15 day period I had several questions regarding some settings and called the store. Carroll answered each question in a professional, friendly and easy to understand way. This level of service and competence is not often found these days and is to be appreciated. I'm now joining the list of faithful H and B customers. Thanks and high praise!

I found H&B online when looking for a camera that had recently been released. I had looked for it on many websites, including Amazon and Olympus who makes the camera. None could ship now. I called H&B. The gentleman who helped me said he had a great relationship w Olympus, had the camera I was looking for and would put it out that day. He did. It arrived the next day! He even included a tiny tripod and cleaning kit. I am very pleased w H&B and definitely would buy from them again.

I could not find a replacement battery for my Sony Cybershot camera locally, so I ordered one from "H and B Digital" and was very pleased with the price and how quickly it was delivered to me. Would definitely recommend "H and B Digital" as I am one satisfied customer.

Bought the 17mm f/2.8 lens for Olympus E-P1. Extremely responsive to email inquiry. Fast shipping. I received the lens less than 24h from the time I ordered (NY -> PA shipping?). Highly recommended firm.

I purchased a Nikon D5100 DSLR camera.
Great price, good packing, timely delivery. I couldn't ask for anything more and the price was the lowest that I found.

I appreciate a professional business that treats customers correctly and doesn't use the games that some other retailers practice. B&H is not a bait and switch operation and doesn't try to sell you 10 items when you're only interested in one.

I recently purchased an Olympus lens through H and B at an excellent price. Unknown to me, H and B, or the rest of the world, Olympus had actually reduced the price of the lens another $100 three days earlier. Once the new price became known, I notified the staff of H and B and within an hour they resolved the mixup with Olympus and they were able to refund the difference to my credit card. That is outstanding service, and they earned a return customer. Outstanding customer care!

I was leary at first, given I was not familiar with H & B Digital. However, the transaction was easy, product delivered as promised. Will definitely order from this company again. Product was a gift, I have not seen, but no complaints so far from the giftee.

This is the only place on the web that I could find with a battery that does show the charge icon for my camera, something no other low cost battery could do. And the battery has more capacity (mAh) than the OEM one and costs half as much. I have not had a chance to use the battery till the charge is drained so I don't know if it will actually do as good as I think it might. So far I am very pleased with the company and the purchase.

Rarely now days do you find a business as good as H & B Digital. My camera arrived fast, but there was a a problem with the battery charging. I called H & B and spoke to Mario, who sent me paperwork to return the defective unit and sent me a new unit right away. What was impressive was that he followed up with me on both the return and the new unit. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered an Olympus M. Zuiko Digital ED 45mm f/1.8 Lens for my OMD. It couldn't focus correctly i.e. searched for focus forever. I sent an email and they immediately sent me an RMA. As soon as they received the returned lens they sent me another one via expedited shipping. Throughout this process Mario was fast to respond and the service was exceptional. Will definitely do business with them again. Actually, I just bought a camera bag from them.

I have purchased 2 cameras at H and B Digital, and found them to be patient , helpful, and reasonably priced. The manager is serviced focused and actually replaced an accessary I lost, at no charge. Integrity and service are consistently good at H and B. I plan to go there for my future photography needs.
