Sent my immaculate iPhone 8 for £278.00 on receipt was told it had a crack and scratches I was then offered £170.00 which I challenged and said I had photographic evidence that the phone was immaculate, they said there was a very small crack that could only be seen under a bright light I was then offered £220.00 being that I couldn’t be bothered to argue due to being busy I accepted their offer, I will never use them again and would advise anybody reading this review to avoid them like the plague.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE They will offer you a fantastic price , but once they've got you phone will reduce the price promised by over 2/3rds......... then to make matters even worse ....... when you refuse their pathetic revised offer , they make you pay £30 to return your phone to you :-(

Do not use this company to trade your old device in, I had a Samsung s9 plus 128gb, they ask on their site is it working or broken locked or unlocked so I selected working and unlocked, had a valuation of £203 Come back, I was happy with this quote so sent my phone off to them, I then have an email a couple of days later saying they have received my phone but are lowering the offer to £100 due to scratches on the side of the phone and marks on the screen, they never asked about the condition I was aware of a couple of marks around the side, the scratch on the screen I never noticed, I said I was not happy with their new valuation and could I have the phone back, I was told this would cost me an extra £30 and they then offered me £130 for my old device, I accepted their offer as I couldn’t be bothered to pay the rerun cost and then sell my phone else where, the company is just a scam

Had a mint condition iPhone 7 they gave me a quote of £96 as soon as they received it they said the audio was faulty and “revised” their original quote to £15. A friend of mine who has his own computer shop had a look at it and said they are lying the phones perfectly fine and even bought it off me for £100. I go on their website and they’re selling them just like mine for £150-200. They’re scum DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. £15 offer for a almost brand new iPhone 7. If anyone from the company reads this you were extremely lucky you gave me my phone back.

Ditto all the previous reviews - agreed £137 on line, tried to say it was damaged etc etc and offered me £50 - told them to poke it and send my phone back, they then upped it to 70, then 90, then £115 - unbelieveable This company needs to be nrought to account by trading standards - clearly it is a scam, they obviously have a proportion of people who just accept what they say. theyre returning my phone and haven't mentioned it costing me to do so - their website does say it will send it back for free. Lets see if they have managed to accidentally on purpose scratch or damage it.....

Disgusting company, offered £330 for an iPhone 8 Plus 250 which was in mint condition, when they received the phone the report was a joke, offered us £100 less, I took the amount as I did not want to receive my phone back damaged as I looked at the reviews of this company after I sent my phone to them to discover lots of people receive there phones back damaged and unable to sell on, lesson learnt, do not use this company!!!

Send my Huawei P20 Pro off 2 weeks ago, they confirmed they received the phone. After a week no communication so I called them. Offered £40 less 'due to scratches on screen' this is a lie and I have taken photos of my phone to prove this. I have always had a cased and screen protector on. After declining managed to get the offer up. They will say something is wrong with the phone or damage to get the price cheaper. Beware this is the second phone recycling company to do this to me.

Originally I was quoted £234 for my iPhone 8, upon sending the device and after their inspection, they retracted their first offer to £150. I requested they send the device back to me as I wasn’t satisfied with the revised price. They got back to me the following day offering an increased amount of £200, I accepted and received the payment within less than 24hrs. Relatively nice experience, here’s hoping I won’t be their only good review in the near future.

Sent them a phone for the price of £225, offered £120 as it had marks on it that was a lie so told them no, They offered £170, told them no and to return it, that was 2 weeks ago, they are refusing to answer so will report it as stolen.

Very fast delivery only gripe I would have no tool kit supplied with previous suppliers have had a toolkit included.

Dont waste your time selling them your old phone, given 2 options working and not working, my Samsung galaxy s9+ was in fine condition little crack top of phone hardky noticable.

They offered me £197 to then receive a revised offer of £40! Yes £40 !!! ????.

I bought a refurbished iPhone X in excellent condition and I purchased this item on Saturday, due to the Handtec not working weekends the phone arrived on Tuesday. However considering handtec were open Monday it took less than 24 hours to arrive. Arrived Tuesday at 10am. Very speedy and prompt. The phone is in perfect condition however has a few scratches on all 4 corners where it had be used before, but seeing as it’s a refurbished iPhone it is bound to show signs of usage. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and got a £12 discount when requested! Thank you handtec x

Up to now all ok came very quick shame they never had a bit of battery too use right a way had to wait until next day.

Got my smasung note 10 phone the day after I ordered . Absolutely in pristine condition
Only negative- Asked if it it came with the s pen and they said no received to find it DID come with the pen .. phone has no signs of use at all. And working well. Also a benefit to pay via klarna in installments and no added interest to help at this time. Thanks

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PHONE!!!!
I can’t believe I had to give them a star. My phone was in perfect working order with no major marks, online they offered me £156 which I thought wasn’t brilliant but just wanted a quick sale so I made sure they had a good review.
Then they sent an email saying that it wasn’t in good condition (lie) so it was going to be £30, so I asked for my phone/charger and box back. They replied that they would up it to £45 but I wanted my phone back I would have to pay £30 shipping and I should have read the T&C’s.
After more emails and getting told over and over again that I should have read the T&C’s they sent my phone back LESS THE CHARGER AND BOX.
I asked why they hadn’t sent my box and charger back, to which I got another snotty email saying I should have read the T&C’s.
I have the phone in front of me now and its in perfect working order so the T&C’s don’t apply. So now I have to sell int without the box/charger and take a hit in my pocket.

I’ve not switched the phone on yet as it’s for a birthday present but it looks immaculate on the outside really happy with the look of it exactly what it said excellent condition. Quick delivery very efficient service.
