Limited product types. I couldn't buy the refill so I had to buy 3 bottles. When the package arrived, 1 of the 3 bottles had a leaky cap and solution drained from the bottle. Some of the drainage was into a plastic bag, the rest into the box itself. My wife was able to transfer the contents in the bag back into the bottle and wound up with approx. 60% rescued. We labeled that "close enough" and decided not to contact your service line. Have a good summer.

Only dealt with your on-line system; your search system didn't pick up the item even when we put in the exact name from your site off of our phone!! We had to put in the sku # and them go to the 2nd page to find it!!

Very pleased to see convenient way to pay, through Amazon. But do not understand why I could not find this particular item on Amazon. To follow up: One C-clamp was the good quality I expected, but the other had missed any pre-sale quality control inspection (if such a thing is possible), and, although still somewhat usable, was deformed enough that I would not have bought it off a shelf.

I did purchase some thing before from this store and that's why I'm back. I found them incredibly accommodating. I received my order quickly, and more cost effective than buying elsewhere. Plus i wanted to change my order and they were very nice about it, effortless.

I was please, overall, but I would say that the finials were supposed to be for a 4x4 post, but are not the same dimensions as a 4x4 post. They're smaller. Therefore, I wasn't completely pleased with the fit.

I placed an order on a Monday and even though the item was in stock it didn't ship for 8 days! I sent a complaint and asked to cancel the order. Instead of canceling the order the company shipped my order the slowest possible way with 6 days transit time. When I placed the order my goods were supposed to arrive a my door in 10 days, now were looking at 14. I AM FURIOUS! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LYING COMPANY!!!!!!!

I purchased 7 smoke alarms from this company and all came well packaged and working fine. When I placed my order I requested that they contact me if these alarms did not have a manufacturer's date of 2010. I received a personal phone call informing me that the dates were 2010 and when they would ship. They did not need to call, yet they did and I appreciate that. They had the lowest price, shipping was fast and because of the size of my order, it was free. Can't beat that! I was very happy with my purchase and this company.

These #0 square drive bits were hard to find, so this made my day. Great price and ECONOMY shipping was the icing on the cake.

I had what I thought was a nice shopping experience, found some prices lower than at Amazon and bought more than I was going to to in order to get the shipping discount (purchased just over $50 of items to get this). I put in my shipping address, decided to purchase with PayPal and submit my order. However, their system automatically replaces the shipping address you intentially give them with the verified address in Paypal, so my order shipping to the wrong address. This morning I get a phone call saying that I'm going to be charged $11 extra in shipping for shipping redirection. Just wow. I also got a nasty email from the company. Consider if this really is a place you really want to shop from:

You failed to update your payPal profile.
You failed to verify the shipping address at the PayPal checkout.
You contacted UPS to give them the new shipping address.
You received your package as ordered.

If you cannot see where you should pay the $11.00 because you are at fault and we shipped as directed, then sleep well knowing we paid your shipping bill because you failed to.

If you have a field for customers to specify a shipping address, obviously that is the address to ship to. The mistake is on your company's crappy system. I never contacted UPS, the shipping redirection was automatically done on their end and I was notified via email. Don't worry though because I will sleep well knowing that I'm no longer your customer.

I have been purchasing items from Hardware and Tools for a few years now and have nothing but good to things to say about the products, pricing, and customer service.

Hardware and Tools has one of the largest selections of items online or off. Items I cannot find at the big home improvement stores, I usually have no problem finding them on the Hardware and Tools website.

The prices from Hardware and Tools is one of the other reasons I keep coming back. Prices are fair and usually much lower than retail stores.

Customer service has been excellent from the first time I placed an order. My items are carefully packaged and with the Freight Saver shipping offered, I no longer dread the shipping charges at checkout.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found the website years back and I tell all my friends and family about the wonderful selection and prices. Thank you Hardware and Tools for continuing to be number one in my book for all my Hardware and Tool needs.

Have not received items that I ordered on 8/10 it is now 8/24. Needing ship date for this order.

I ordered 3 sets of 2 (6 seats) Pillow perfect bronwood carnival wrought iron chair cushions. I received a box containing one set of the cushions and 2 lounge cushions in the same pattern. Then I received a shipment of 2 cushions for a wicker chair (right pattern, wrong shape. They also told me they sent another shipment the previous day-- (they DID NOT). I would love to have 6 of the right cushions (wrought iron) so I want to keep the 2 that I have for a few days to see if they may perhaps send 2 sets of the right thing to me. I have even sent to them the UPC for the item from their own website! If they can't in a timely manner ship 2 more sets, I will return all items. I have one label and do not plan to pay to ship back their mistake. I plan to keep the other box until they send me a label to return their errors. I plan to dispute the credit card charge until we resolve this problem.

I made one order around 20 days ago. I paid in advance by credit card and they added more money for shipping. I'm trying to get information about the items I ordered nobody response my email . Also the shipping plan says that items are already delivered but I didn't receive anything. Really bad story.

I have ordered merchandise from Hardware and Tools in the past and have always been very satisfied with my shopping experience. The prices are competitive and the service is excellent.

While normally very good, this time they took over a week just to ship their item after sending an email that it would ship in 3-5 days.

I ordered twin drill set paid through paypal i followed the shipping process online after 6 weeks it said delivered to front door but i never received it i have sent 10 emails but they haven't replied to any please please do not buy anything from this company i am now going to get this company investigated

I bought a 13 Drawer Tool Chest, paid via credit card and then proceeded to follow the tracking.
1 month later the tracking advised that the Tool Chest had been delivered to my front door, THIS IS NOT TRUE!
I have CCTV cameras at my house and can confirm that nothing has been delivered on the date and time it states it was.
I have emailed 6 times and got one response which stated the following "delivered to front door is meaning that you got the package "
Since then I have had no response whats so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!

I needed a 6" long drill bit to bore a hole through custom made cabinets to route wiring for LED strip lighting. The drill bit arrived shortly after I purchased it and enabled me to complete my project in a timely fashion. We can now show off our "custom lighting!"
