Installation not completed, worked for only 7 days. NO after sales service. Plenty of phone calls and emails. Has been off for 6 weeks so far.

Power bill has tripled in winter and is higher in summer compared to before the 12 panels were installed. Nobody will get back to me about this. Have sent in copies of power bills as asked for, nothing comes back. Tired of having to make the first contact. Extremely expensive system that now costs us more for power. Wish it had never been installed.

I should have had this work done years ago. Harrisons contractors were generally prompt, worked efficiently and quickly, and explained how the systems worked. The house is now uniformly warm overnight and my power bill has dropped by approximately one third.

everything went wrong, i was told everything including battery would go into shed then i had to dig one drain then i got told i had to dig another drain in which at this stage i cancelled putting in the battery when everything was connected about 4 weeks late they did nt bring in the WII FI pack and was told it was a 5 minute job, a week later i rang and was told another story about distance, well there is internet right beside the inverter and another week later still waiting, communication not good

great response to inquiry and the first person we dealt with had great knowledge and experience in his field. He advised us on what was needed, measured and printed everything out for us right there and then. Installers were extremely pleasant, efficient and tidy.

I dealt with Nerum Bonesetter, for the sales, design and planning of the installation, and cannot fault his attention to detail or customer service. He is extremely responsive at returning phone calls and emails and went beyond what I would have expected as was still responding to emails after hours. I found that he knew the products well and understood the technical aspects as was able to provide good advice why one system or design was better than the other but also back that advice up with solid technical evidence. I found the costs were reasonable and Nerum was transparent in what was being charged, so there were no surprises at the end of it all and he project managed everything. The installation was done through his subcontracted electrician's and I found Siraz and his crew easy to deal with, they were efficient at their job, knew what they were doing and did a tidy job, there was a couple of small issues but Siraz quickly resolved those. Overall it was a very positive and painless experience and I'm very happy with the results and we are now enjoying the benefits of our Solar Panels. We also got a Solar Immersion controller so that excess electricity produced by the panels is used to heat the hot water cylinder and based on my tests of with and without it, it does make a discernible difference, so would recommend that anyone putting in solar ask and read-up about that and self- consumption. Its far better and more economic to utilize the electricity you produce yourself than sell it back to the grid for a small amount of money. I'd highly recommend Nerum and his team for design, planning and installing a Solar installation, they are experience and very professional and good at what they do.

From day one the unit did not perform as discussed with the sales rep. We were told the unit would be big enough for the size of the house and would only need one fan. Being the case, this was more economical than your competitors. However, we have had the technician return on multiple occasions to try and make the unit more efficient. It did not get rid of condensation in the winter and the summer kit is virtually useless. Turns out a single fan is not sufficient for the size of the house. If we were informed of this from the start then we may have gone elsewhere. I am expecting this problem to be resolved at no additional costs to us. Look forward to your response. Regards Paul

Installer waljed off the job....had to wait 3 more weeks for install...installed someone else's panels which were the cheaper ones from what we ordered...had to wait to have them changed....system does not give us enogh hot water and there are only two of us living here...

The guys from Harrisons were informative and encouraging, no pressure was ever placed on me to go ahead with solar panels and the cost savings so far when compared with the same months over the last 2 years have been significant

I signed up on the 17 August 2017 to receive insulation in my property. I was advised that it would be installed in 6 weeks. It is now the 02 November 2017 and I have never heard from Harrisons energy again since the 17 August.
