Installed my Toyota Rav Hybrid Hatchbag boot liner, had great advice from Hatchbag via emails, they helped me make a small adjustment for the dog guard, No more dirty boot due to my mud loving spaniels. Well worth the cost.. will last me years,

Bought two years ago & very pleased until I came to change my car two months ago> I took the liner out & the seams were no longer held together. The stitching/glue had given up. It literally fell apart.

I got in touch & this is what they replied 'I have discussed this with our designer and she assured me this is not the result of a design flaw on our part, but the liner may have been damp for an extended period or exposed to sea water and not cleaned afterwards.' It has not been either of those two things as I have dog beds on top of the liner which are regularly cleaned. They have not offered me anything.
Yes, it is out of warranty but do we expect goods to only last for the term of the warranty? Very disappointed.

Ordered a boot liner for our new Tiguan. It arrived really promptly. When we fitted it we thought that the sides were too long. I phoned Hatchbag who came back to me with a message from the design department about altering the position of the back seats. We did this and now the liner fits perfectly. Excellent service.

We had a Hatchbag boot liner in a previous car for 5 years . When we removed it the boot looked like new.

Purchased last Nov 2016 Rear plus, Rear seat flap, Tailgate cover, Bumper flap, Odour mat. Fitted to a new Evoque by the Land Rover garage prior to collection at no cost. Complimented on the quality and easy fit. Even a space for the tailgate light. Now Feb and a Winter of use with 2 dogs and perfect protection with liner not damaged. Very easy to clean. Bumper flap essential. Rear seat flap only if you have a large dog like a Labrador as heads can't otherwise reach! Odour mat maybe could have chosen another mat as probably not really necessary and costly. Overall indispensable for any boot protection. Excellent helpful customer service worth the cost. Highly recommend!

I found this company via an Internet search for a quality fitted boot liner for my new car.
I needed it quickly as I need to protect the rear of my car as it is a lease car and has to be returned in good condition.
After choosing the liner I required I made a quick phone call and they rushed through my order and had it in three days.
Have fitted it as per instructions and am very impressed with the quality and perfect fit of the Hatchbag.

I do not normally write reviews on companies/items purchased but I feel I must do so on this occasion on two counts
Firstly to counterclaim the Review headed "A big let down" dated 15th January 2016 or thereabouts and secondly to assist other prospective purchasers in deciding which boot liner to purchase
The heading of this review says it all in a nutshell and I highly recommend a "Hatchbag" boot liner if you, like me, are a concerning prospective customer
There are of course much cheaper boot liners in the market place but at the end do the day you pay for what you get.
Having been a dog(s) owner for nearly fifty years I have in the past lined my car boot(s) with all sorts of liners BUT the dog hairs were never contained and often caused embarrassment when passengers alighted from my vehicle covered in hairs!!
I recently purchased a Honda CR-V and before any dog was allowed to enter after much research I eventually purchase and installed a "Hatchbag" boot liner and I am absolutely delighted with the product.
The company only make to order so unfortunately one cannot "look before you buy" unless you live in the Birkenhead area.
However, if you live in the North East London/Essex area feel free to inspect mine.....I'm sure they can trace me and give you my phone number
If you do buy just a few comments you may find useful.
The company have not updated their web site and certainly in my case the additional section overhang of the bumper is held in place by a solid strip of Velcro and not small tabs - a much better job
In my case the boot liner is held in place by 25 self adhesive 2 inch stripes.
Rather than install the self adhesive stripes before you "mate" the sewn strips on the liner-a hit and miss affair - may I suggest you "mate" the two first - all of them and when certain the liner is in the correct position start to peel of the self adhesive sections, one by one and press firmly in position
Don't rush, follow the instructions and your new boot liner WILL fit like a glove

Having previously purchased a hatchbag some four years ago for my now sold BMW X1 a further order was placed for my new car - a BMW 2 Series Active Tourer.
Once again the service was excellent with delivery within a week of order placement.
Installation was very easy and fit of the hatchbag was first class. Quality of material used during manufacture is excellent as previous order.
As a minor point perhaps BMB would include a cut-out for the boot light on the offside of the cover bearing in mind that this is perhaps one of the first hatchbags made for this new model BMW.
The service received and quality of materials used can not be bettered.

Ordered the boot liner, bumper flap and hatchback door liner for my new Kodiaq vrs. When you spend that sort of money on a car, you want the best protection money can buy, especially with my old boy who is a 9 year old GSD.
The liner arrived this morning and the part that took the longest time was going to Halfords for the tar remover. Once the silicon was cleaned off it was so easy to attach the velcro strips.
The panels/shapes of the liner are perfect copies of the interior shapes of the boot carpets, and fit really well.
The door cover was also a perfect fit.
I ordered the blue liner and it's not out of place with the race blue colour of the car.
I have the original Skoda rubber boot floor liner on top so I can see the quality Hatchbag liner should last a long long time. I am so glad I chose this liner over cheaper low quality ones, and I shall recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting a liner.

Absolutely hassle free,arrived within days of my order,fitting simple enough though I think it could do with more Velcro on the base.Only time will tell if its up to the job of carrying my 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks,so far very happy.

I previously had the car manufacturers boot liner which was sadly not fit for purpose. The Hatchbag fits, perfectly, provides more protection and is quite honestly better quality. Oh, and is was nearly £30 cheaper than the manufacturers offer.

My boot liner turned up just a couple of days after I ordered it,in fact that was two days earlier than they said it would. Fitting was a dream I had it in the car and ready to use in about thirty minutes. Great quality product and first class service.

I ordered a boot liner for our new Octavia, which I had been given the wrong info about by the dealer, meaning I ordered one for a raised boot floor, which then didn't fit. As I had taken my sweet time to fit it, realise the problem and then deal with it, I was just outside of my 14-day refund period, but they agreed to exchange it for a 25% charge and even promised to get my replacement to me within a few days, in time for my holiday to France with dog in tow. The bootliner, as well as the luxury dog mat(!), is really top quality and will clearly last for years and save us from massive devaluation because of all the hair stuck to the side of the boot and back of the seats. I plumped for a Hatchbag after reading lots of great reviews on horsey forums and I have to say I too would highly recommend them.

Bought a hatchbag for my ford mondeo 3.5 years ago fit perfectly and is still going strong today, Few marks on it but it has never ripped. These covers are built to last and worth every penny. The main thing i would say is buy the split section cover as i got the full flat one (were all seats go down together) i split it myself in the end as it is more hassel having a full one. I have just sold my mondeo and have bought a civic. the first thing on my list in a new hatchbag with the seat split in.

I spent 2 months researching various boot liners, both cheap and expensive.
I finally opted for the Hatch Bag and I'm glad I did!!
It was delivered within the quoted 6 working days, (actually about 4 days) and it is a perfect fit in my Audi Q5. Follows every contour of the boot and made from heavy duty materials.
I also opted for the bumper flap and the pet carpets and my Golden Retriever instantly loved her new set up!!, So much so we couldn't get her out, even with treats.
I can't really comment on the durability as it has only been in for one day, but looking at the quality of the materials and the quality of the construction, I don't doubt this will last for a very long time.
In all, anyone reading this thinking of buying a boot liner for whatever purpose, get this one, it's great. If it is for a dog, get the carpets as well, non slip, and very, very soft.

Ordered my bootliner with bumper flap on 9 April.....over a month later have still not received it but credit card billed.

I ordered my bootliner on Tuesday and it was made and delivered on Wednesday. That's service!
