Isabella did a great job and put in a lot of effort to not only show us the property but to also handle the negotiations with the landlord.
Sharon was also extremely helpful with the necessary process that we had to follow to register contracts activate Dewa etc.

Several years now that I use Haus&Haus and I’m very satisfied as it’s a rare trustful agency.
This time, I was looking for moving to Dubai Hills and again I signed with this agency. They have serious agents who follow their clients closely. This is very rare to find in Dubai!

I was a buyer. As far as Dubai goes, they are reliable and can be trusted until a deal is reached between buyer and seller. Adrian was quite attentive and nice to deal with.

Bear in mind though that at some point they will stop leading the process and it will be on the hands of a mortgage broker (the one they recommended to me was not good) and a "conveyance" agency, so Haus&Haus' role is rather limited after the first stages. In my case neither the mortgage broker, nor the bank, nor the conveyance agency knew very well their job and all oversaw a critical error that could have messed up the whole operation (we got to the point of signing the purchase and there was an amount of money missing from the cheques and transfers).

Second house in Dubai using Haus&Haus help. Professional, hassle free and timely. Isabella understood our requirements and managed communication with the landlord professionally and in a short time during the Pandemic, we moved to our new home.

I thought that the agent who dealt with me (Viktoria) was absolutely brilliant and always professional in every sense. She always had answers to my questions and was willing and ready to assist me make the transition into my new accommodation in the easiest way possible. I was dealing with Isabella renting my villa out in the lakes. She found a tennant almost immediately for me and guided us both through the process seemlessly. Great experience all round, I would 100% recommend Haus and Haus and in particular Isabella.

Was disappointed with the way she wanted to rent a 5 bed with a pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor bar & BBQ. Plus water features at the same price as a 3 bed! Finally when we put our foot down she negotiated for higher rent. Not very unprofessional way of working.

Me and my wife have recently purchased an apartment with the assistance of one of Haus&Haus agent and it has been a truly positive experience. We have been assisted by Mohammad Rashidkhani, he has always been very professional and impartial during the all process, always available and ready to assisting us providing all the information we needed and guiding us through the all process. Everything went very smooth with no issues during the process. I'll definitely recommend them and specifically Mohammad to anyone who might need their services in the future.

The sevice from Haus and Haus was simply super and especially appreciate Nathan from House and house who managed the Rental for my Sidra 2 villa 404 as a professional .The process was hassle free and smooth.

My Agent Isabella Rolf always promptly reply my request, never leave my question un answered, and follow up everything till I got my Ejari, Her associate Sharon also provides valualbe advice for Ejari registration and help me to push thru the welcome pass immediately, really appreciate the professional advice and help from both.

Really enjoyed the level of customer service received from Tom Poulson - definitely one of the best Real Estate brokers i've dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless, Tom was very knowledgable of the Dubai Hills area and the wider UAE laws and processes around renting properties. I have no hesitation in recommending Haus & Haus OR Tom in the future.
