Not going to lie I tried to shop around on the prices for my honeymoon but Rachels standard of customer service swayed it for me no matter how many times I asked her to tweak things she never failed to be helpful and carry out her job to the highest degree of professionalism thanks Rachel :)

We book our annual holiday with Hayes & Jarvis every year. Their service is excellent and choice of resorts is top notch. The Travel Agents go to great lengths to ensure we have the best holiday experience by arranging private airport transfers, flight paths and times, room upgrades, etc.

I had phoned for a pricing of a holiday last Saturday, and was disappointed not to have heard any follow up by the following Tuesday. I had to ring again and Tracy was indeed very helpful. I was very happy with the way she dealt with my queries, and she even sent me the link for booking early with Virgin and joining their flying club where you can accumulate air miles.
I found Tracy to be professional, helpful and courteous and as a result of her help, I went ahead and booked a holiday to Mexico in January. She was great and thank you
I hope our experience in Secrets Maramo Cancun will be of the same high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Travelmood to my Family and friends.

I planned a trip to Jordan with Tracey from Hayes & Jarvis. I made several changes to my trip at very stages and Tracey was very helpful throughout. Easy to contact and very professional.

Would highly recommend travel mood delt with Karen from enquiry ,to me booking my holiday fantastic service made enquire and Karen rang me back 10 mins later with 2 options for the destination we picked she gave me all the advice on the destination that I needed . Straight forward hassle free . We booked our holiday can't wait , thanks again travel mood .

Travel consultant (Tracy) was very knowledgeable about South Africa. Good suggestions re route and accommodation, and a pleasure to deal with. Tracy was very patient as we had a number of changes to itinerary before it was finalised.
Would recommend Travelmood without hesitation.

From the minute I spoke with Karen she couldn’t have done enough for me. We had a budget and she made it work for us. I found her very friendly and obliging and would highly recommend her.

I dealt with Sarah McCormick who I have been dealing with for the last 11 years. It is because of her that I have kept returning. She goes to the end of the earth to find us our perfect holiday and we have never yet been disappointed, Shes knows our preferences so well and even though it takes a while, she perseveres and we know she will get the best value, great accommodation and destination for us.
She has a lovely personality and is a great asset to your Company!

I contacted Leah with a rough idea of going to Thailand, 2 nights in Bangkok and 10 days in Hua Hin, she then advised me that the weather at that time wasnt good, and on advice I decided on Koh Samui, after many date changes by me and no trouble to Leah, a great holiday that Im very much looking forward to going on is booked

The service from Tracy couldn't be better, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I could no longer pay in cash as I did for the past 4 or 5 times we travelled with the various incarnations of Hayes and Jarvis, starting with Travelmood. Cash suits me much better.
