A great price but the delivery is now three days late and still no information on delivery. The printed material has time-limited value so deeply disappointed. Ben also promised to call back but nothing, even when chasing all we get is that they are in contact with the delivery company. Customer service and extra mile effort when there are issues is just simply not there - a reduction in the invoice amount cannot compensate when significant sums have been committed to an event. If you need something by a set deadline then best to avoid.
