Caring for the environment is my passion so I decided to forgo cheaper prices and faster delivery in favour of Herbalizestore when I saw they were partnered with my favourite NGO - One Tree Planted. After checking out OTP's both of partner pages though, they are not there! So, I emailed them and it turns out they are not partners after all. Shame on you Herbalizestore for taking advantage of an NGO in your deceptive marketing.

My item was despatched fast and arrived fast. I was impressed, considering the reviews here aren't superb.

Honestly I can't fault the item at all and for the price I paid, I think it's excellent. I bought the flowermate stick, and I have to say that it is well made and easy to use.

I was impressed with the little chambers and ease of assembly/disassembly as I am a medical patient/user suffering with chronic pain and even doing up a zip on a coat can be painful for me. Anything to make my life easier is always appreciated. It's also really easy to clean and comes with a little cleaning brush which saves its owner a lot of stress.

Terrible correspondence, i was convinced id been scammed after reading the reviews on here after ordering. However what little contact they give you is correct. My order took 9 days to be delivered, and the crafty + is absolutely spot on, and for the price the slower than amazon delivery is worth the wait.

Ill use again know knowing to sit back and wait, and not to order if needing in a hurry.

No help when UPS loses the order, instead I was expected to deal with the courier directly (which after a wasted day and 14 emails is fruitless). When I suggested cancelling the order they would no longer speak with me.

Haven't received what I ordered just yet but when I spoke to customer service, specifically someone called Rosa, I was met with a lot of understanding and reassurance that my order was on it's way and I am no longer worried about my order.

Also they say they plant a tree for each order and I don't know if that's legit or not but it's a great idea and I hope they actually are doing it, lots of respect to them.

EDIT:- - - It's been a month and I still haven't received my order, but I'm pretty sure it's because of Brexit issues. However every time I talk to customer service I'm always greeted with real and nice people who try and help.

I recently bough a Davinci IQ2 from this website for a very good price. I wasn`t sure at the beginning if I could trust the website because of some bad reviews but it showed to be very trustable and professional.
I had a little problem with this vape (it was defective)mbut Olivia, from customer service, helped me step by step until the problem was solved, in a super kind but professional way. Now I am waiting for a Cfarty+ and I could not be happier. As some reviews say the shipment time is longer than other website and you can`t see where you parcel actually is but do not worry you will receive everything you paid for.

It’s a bit like a Craig David song... Ordered my devise on Wednesday, gotta email confirmation on Thursday, got my shipping details on Tuesday, order arrived on Friday(today) I’ll chill all weekend! Any questions I asked were answered promptly with a very friendly vibe! Can’t praise this shop enough, will be back to order Crafty+ accessories at some point in the near future. Ordered two weeks ago ( should had my product 250£ worth in 2 - 5 days according to site ) after a week of waiting, ask them to stop spaming my email with worthless promotions and send me my item, got tracking finally. 14 days later from payment day i got email that it was delivered and signed to WRONG address which company decided that i live in !!!!!!! Absurd !!! Now they say i have to inform worst carrier ever ( winner is always DPD) Hermes, that i didn't got it... according to delivery company - i have to wait for 7 days till i can get refund or other actions , so .... ITS A SPAM COMPANY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!! Never buy from them !!!

I was a bit wary of ordering from this site initially. I had ordered a vape at the start of the year because it was cheaper than everywhere else. At the time I was warned it may take a bit longer due to Brexit. After waiting a couple of weeks and reading these reviews I was put off and decided to get my money back. My order was cancelled without issue and I was refunded instantly.

I decided to give this place another shot and ordered the same vape a few weeks ago. It arrived in perfect condition within a week. Whatever supply issues they may have been facing initially seem to have settled and I will be using this site again in future.

I ordered a DaVinci explorer kit about three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They warn about a three to 5 day delay due to covid and Brexit but that's a load of crap, I've bought and received several items internationally since then!

Really awful service & awful company

Ordered a vaporiser on a Saturday and it took over three weeks to come! 2-5 days on their website! I tried contacting them which wasn't easy and got fobbed off with a Brexit excuse and that they hadn't received their order!!! Should they be advertising these items as "in stock", I think not! Average experience overall.

I've had an excellent experience using herbalize online, I ordered a vaporizer on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday, the website was easy to use and the prices were the best I could find online, all in all I would highly recommend

I purchased a smono 3 around 7-9 months ago and it arrived within 7 days and it come from Germany so it was quick in arriving considering. But the smono charging port come loose last week and stopped charging so i sent it back and a new one is in the post as i type this review. I have now ordered an arizer v tower from them also. Had an email saying it will take 5-7 days to arrive so can not wait to give this device a go. I will update this review as soon as my order arrives.....eight days later my replacement vape that broke is supposed to be arriving tomorrow but my new arizer has not arrived and i have no tracking info for it as of yet. Very slow service! This company need to sort itself out big time or people will stop ordering from them. Hurry up with my arizer v tower for goodness sake!.....My replacement vape was supposed to be delivered today by UPS and it did not arrive. So i looked up UPS on trustpilot and the reviews are awful! Herbalize why would you use such a rubbish delivery service knowing how rubbish they are? and to top it off my new arizer is being delivered by UPS so i have two parcels coming from herbalize and being delivered by UPS. I gave two good reviews to herbalize to start with but it really is not third time lucky sorry. I should be asking for my money back but i need/want those vapes ASAP. I have been waiting for around two weeks for my replacement vape now so god knows how long my arizer is going to take. Bare in mind these particular vapes are only coming from Ireland? So what's the hold up? And herbalize seems to blame covid and Brexit all the time. Just excuse after excuse. It's a shame as they have decent vapes and and bitz and bobz to go with it. This company is not going to last very long if they don't take their fingers out of their holes. It looks like a great company on the surface but when you look beneath there are many things wrong that needs sorting out. I also forgot to say that i basically got called a liar by a girl called Olivia on live chat because i said to her that i had an email saying "your parcel will be with you by the end of the week" and she said no that was not said at all. So she was calling me a liar and pulled up an email saying the opposite of what i was saying but there were many emails back and forth so it's funny how she found the one email that said it would take longer. If i had not deleted the email i would have shown her it. So yes i got called a liar by herbalize as well. I could run this company single handed a lot better than these clowns! Sorry but it's true....replacement vape arrived today thank god and to be fair it's a very good vape. Just waiting on my Arizer v tower now. I put 1 star but because the vape is good i have given 3 stars. This could be a great business if the people in charge sorts out the issues.

Dont see where all the negative reviews come from. Awesome company, they send you a text with an app to track the package and it notifies you all of the way. Took 3 days to deliver and item came as advertised. 5 Stars would use again!!!

Firstly, I ordered an item that was out of stock but that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website so rather than my delivery being dispatched next day as expected it took 5 days for dispatch.

Secondly, they sent the wrong item. I ordered a volcano classic chamber reducer and they sent the hybrid one which is no use to me! They had apparently listed completely the wrong item on their website. Wrong description, wrong pictures, wrong everything.

Not a good experience when you order two items, they turn up late and one of them isn't even what you ordered...

This is my second order with this company I don’t know what everyone’s on about. If you have any question they answer in chat within 1minute and delivery is awesome. Love davinci products Going from davinci micro to iq2 can’t wait!!

Because of french border closures I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get the item delivered to their UK warehouse, when they finally posted it to my home address, Hermes lost the parcel in transit, but after contacting customer support they replaced my order and sent again with UPS express. I had to wait for my order over a month but it wasn’t retailer’s fault - just brexit, COVID and stupid Hermes. It was very easy to contact customer service and they kept me informed all the time. Very annoying delay but incredible customer service. I will order again. I’d only suggest to stop using Hermes as it’s the worst delivery company ever!
