You have lost every cent of my business. What a horrible company.

I ordered a wallet for about $77 and never received it. Both the customer service line and order lines have been disconnected. I can't believe these gypsies have stolen my money and now I have to contact the Better Business Bureau. What a pain in the ****!

I had shopped at Herrington's for years with good luck. When I returned an item last week, it was shipped back to me with "REFUSED" stamped on the box. When I called customer service, the number was disconnected. Same thing when I called the number to place an order (I just wanted to see if anybody picked up). The "Return Policy" on their website lists "All sales final." I wouldn't buy anything from this place anymore.

I ordered 3 pairs of MBT shoes. I have several pairs and ordered the same size but theirs didn't come close to fitting. I received 2 pairs, tried them on,didn't fit and sent them back. The 3rd pair I refused the package assuming they wouldn't fit either. I received credit for the pair that was refused but not for the other 2. I called the company and they told me they couldn't find my return. After much searching, I found my tracking number and called them back. I was finally issued credit for $210.85, almost a month after they received my return. I don't think I would've gotten credit if I hadn't called and if I hadn't found my tracking number. What a bad company.

I tried to place an online order for several of one item. The website was so slow in responding I couldn't tell if my keystrokes were registering. It took me forever to get my order right. I even had to cancel the order and go in again to try to right things.

This is my third experience ordering from this catalog, and the ORDER not showing up or being back ordered and NO one not even their internet sales told me it wasn't IN stock.
Plus I got an attitude from the sales staff that my order was backordered, something I was NOT told.

During the holiday time it is not fun tracking an order that I have NO idea what is happening. Plus it took over a week for one of the item to be shipped.

Do you not have any inventory to sell from is everything back ordered~

Will think twice about shopping from this catalog I spoke with LIsa about my order and she assures me when my order comes in it will be sent out two day air. That remains to be seen, What happened to good customer service~!

I ordered some slippers for my husband for Valentine's Day. Their sizing is not normal, the slippers were too small. I had to pay to return them and asked for the next size. They didn't have them so I asked for a credit which I have yet to received two months later. Because they couldn't fulfil the order, the least they could do is cover the shipping or a part of it so you don't get charged twice. The customer service is the worst and I wonder how this company stays in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
