I think Hiper is an excellent internet service provider (disclaimer, I have only used one internet provider in Denmark). I have not experienced any downtime or any noticeable slow speeds for my Bredbånd via kabel-tv package. Highly recommended!

It's simply the most frustrating experience I'm having so far... I already paid for two months and yet no connection on my place.

Great Customer Service

Our Hiper broadband through TV cable was activated from today (we received the modem around 2 weeks before). I had some problems activating the 5GHz network on the Wifi as well as using the available internet bandwidth. Victor Jensen from the customer service patiently helped me find the problem and solve it. I am very happy with the customer service I experienced today. We are also satisfied with the internet speed and look forward to the upgrade from 300 to 1000 Mbit at our address when it is available (with the same price). So exciting. :) Totally recommend Hiper.

Just chatted with Victor Jensen who helped us sort out some issues with our router settings/ NAT type in relationship to gaming and other wifi issues. He was super helpful and knew what he is talking about and communicated perfectly in English which I really appreciated. 5 stars :)
