From start to finish Frank from Hiscox was a pleasure to deal with. At no time did i feel any pressure to buy a product that didn't suit my needs. The transaction for my insurance purchase went smoothly and I would use them again in a heart beat!

I spoke with two different reps. Both were very knowledgeable and customer service skill A1. When I was ready to purchase it literally took all of 15 mins. Was told it would take 24 hours for my COI, but it actually came in 30 mins which allowed me to submit my paperwork and receive pay faster. Thank you will do business again

I was disappointed that my price quote changed in the matter of an hour. The same price I'm paying for $500,000 policy, I was quoted that for a $1,000,000 policy.

As soon as i paid for my coverage, i had all my paperwork within 15 minutes. They covered my business fast and the paperwork was in my hands in just minutes.

I only need insurance during the summer, so this is the second time I’ve acquired insurance with Hiscox. Both times I found the website very easy to follow. Was also very easy to cancel when I needed to. Representative was very friendly.

Darn - I wish I could remember her name but I do remember that she was a sweet heart and helped me renew my policy. Her focus on the details and making sure that I understood what was included and NOT included in the policy is the quality that stood out the most. Thanks again and I hope to see you guys next year.

Called for the first time and spoke to kind of rude young lady who expected me to know the intricacies of business insurance process ( it was my first time getting it so I didn’t). Called again after navigating excellent online tool and got different rep. The whole process was painless and difference between plans was made clear. All my question were answered to my satisfaction. Rep Terrence Evans was beyond excellent and deserves a promotion. Thank you
