I ordered two extended magazines. Advertised as NEW, but also AS-IS. Both magazines were obviously used and very worn. One of their springs are so worn, it can't even push the ammo up, and always causes my gun to jam. Was the first time my gun has EVER jammed, and it did it over and over.
I'm not even going to contact them about it, as it was sold AS-IS, and I'm sure they will just lie to me and scam me, like they already have.
I can only recommend staying away from this seller. Can't believe I was sold used, broken equipment. I wish I had came to resellerratings.com first, as the previous review before me had the exact same product and experience I had.

First off horrible customer services- days to respond to emails. Liz who is customer services a complete ****. She will steal your money and wont issue returns instead will give you a store credit.

I was a skeptic at first as no reviews had been made about this online store aside from a brief accolade in an AR-15 forum. But I needed a magazine and no other online store (or store front for that matter) had any in stock.

I had been looking for months when I stumbled across HKparts.net and found that they had the item in stock. Thinking it was possibly a miss-print I emailed a question from their site inquiring as to whether or not they actually had the part. I was emailed back no more than 10 minutes later with a response. I ordered my part and received it 3 days later.

I am absolutely flawed at how fast everything was and how low the price was.

Bottom line is: This store is excellent with communication, quality of product, price and shipping speeds. I couldn't be happier.

Their prices are fair, and the parts were shipped/received in a reasonable amount of time. While they may not have everything in stock, their "notify me" regarding products works very well. I've contacted staff there regarding parts information etc. and have been pleased with those interactions as well.
