We have been very pleased with Holden's Estate Agent's, specially Darryl, who worked with us all the way through, from the photos to the completion.
We feel that he went over and above his role for us and would recommend him to anyone considering moving in Maldon.

Quick initial response once instructed, was around the next day to take photos and measurements, listed online for sale that evening, generated some quick responses, always kept up to date with progress on all offers, very friendly, sold house!

From the very first phonecall I made, just before going away to Greece they were very helpful. I dealt with most of the purchase through Amy, then at the end Phil, both could not have helped me more. 5 Star ????

I would highly recommend Holden. Throughout our sale Amy has been incredibly supportive, efficient and professional. Holden's offers honest advice, and I cannot fault their service throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Holden again in the future.

I would 100% recommend Holdens. We have moved a few times in the last 10 years and they have, by far, been the best estate agents we have dealt with. They listened to me. They listened to what was important. What I hadn't liked from previous experiences, and they promised to be different. And they delivered. There was a point where we went dual agency and had exactly the same conversation with the other agents. Unfortunately they hadn't listened to what I wanted so we chose to stick with Holdens. They stuck to their word so we chose to do the same. The rest was easy. They sold our house. They kept us up to date every step of the way and whoever we spoke to had alot of time for us. Would use them again. And again. Best estate agents we have known. Thankyou!

They were genuinely helpful to my elderly mother when she wanted to sell her property and went the extra mile to support her through the process. They liaised with me all the way through to completion and it was a weight off my shoulders to have a personal service to manage the logistics of selling and things that crop up along the way to completion.
