I tried to call them 4 days ago and line was cut after my £5 pound balance credit was exhausted by what I later discovered was a prime number.
Very disappointing experience and they will definitely never get my custom.

So they dont have the item i payed and their web site says its wainting to be shipped and most amazing they dont even know when they will have it...

I have done this and although I know the product has been delivered back to them they will not respond to my emails and phone calls – as is the case with many other reviews on here. So I now have no product and I am out of pocket for shipping costs. Next step for me is to initiate legal action, but save yourselves the trouble and shop elsewhere. As others have noted on TrustPilot, this is a company who will offer no support to their customers after they have your money

Seller only refunded my money after the items had been missing for 30 days from initial payment, then it took a further 7 days to receive the refund and by the time the refund was exchanged back into sterling I had actually lost money.
Initial communication was acceptable however once I experience issues with the non receipt of goods the lack of help assistance and response to my queries was extremely poor.
Advised to avoid.

I wrote an e-mail to hollandbikeship after 1 week and they said they´d ask the shipping company, but i still havnt heard anything back. I tried e-mailing them again but havnt got an answer...
2 stars because the prices are good, but the service is terrible and lazy..
EDIT: Been 3 weeks now with no package and no e-mail responds..

I sent a further message requesting cancellation and a refund via PayPal on the 14 February without response after the required 10 days.
I then escalated the issue via PayPal's system on the 21 February 2019 PayPal then allows the retailer 10 further days to respond to PayPal.Exactly on the 10th day I received an email from Paypal advising that as HBS had failed to respond to them the case had been decided in my favour and that PayPal would refund the full price I'd paid, which was paid into my account 3 days later. Hats off to PayPal!
Holland Bike Shop use Post NL as a shipping partner, tracking of my goods did show that HBS had indeed dispatched my itemr 2 days after my order, Post NL tracking shows my order as still with Post NL to date 06 March 2019 However it is the responsibility for HBS to control their chosen shipping partner. Once a delivery is deemed lost or stolen when excessively overdue a decent supplier should ship a replacement, rather than keep a customer waiting over 40 days as in this case and then pursue the carrier for compensation in their own time.
It may be of interest to look at Trustpilot reviews of Post NL you will be shocked believe me. Problem is when you order from anyone over the internet you rarely know who the carrier will be.

It is advetised that they will ship within 1-2 business days and that I'll be informed and get tracking number.
After 4 days without any info, contacted and got explanation how farmers strike made colaps arround Hague and as soon as they ship item I'll be notifyed.
After 2 day the canceled my order with explanation how my item is quote: "too big to be shipped"!?!?
They didn't make PayPal refund so I opened case to protect myself and was waiting for refund. No any kind of response for another 2 days.
Than send email with question about refund and got answer that because of PayPal dispute they will not make refund until theif decision!?!? because in that case I wil get money from them and PayPal?!?! not knowing that PayPal disputes are automatically closed after refund.
They are either complitely ingorant or scammers!
Whatever it is avoid this online shop!
