Communication was great and the delivery service wasn't too bad although on the day of delivery, I wanted in only to find out half way through the day that it wouldn't be delivered until the day after due to too many parcels being loaded on the van
Not a great experience however, I did receive it in the end! Mirror is actually alot bigger in person, it does look great and is my main feature in my new dressing room!

I bought my Scarlett mirror in the sale with a whopping £100 off! Who could resist! It was delivered the very next day (although I was away at the time) but redelivery was super easy to organise! This mirror is every bit as stunning as I expected it to be! Full instructions included for assembly and super easy to put together! Looks amazing in my dressing room! Best purchase ever and worth every penny! Fantastic experience from purchase to assembly!

Shocking I have two light bulbs out in the mirror I have messaged them twice once on their customer service website & once through Instagram but I have had no response they will be getting a phone call now the Christmas period is finished!!

Arrived a day late and when it did arrive, it arrived the same time as my daughter arrived home from school ruining her birthday surprise. No apology from customer service etc.

Shame about the promised next day delivery if ordered before 3pm.

I ordered as a gift and received an email confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day and even had a family member wait at home that day so as to not miss the delivery.

However it did not turn up!

Depsite repeated messages left via the chat and phonecalls there was no reply but the product appeared the next day.

I always wanted a Hollywood mirror so finally bought one and so glad i did! Super fast delivery, came in perfect condition, easy to assemble and looks beautiful. Customer service is also brilliant, so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

The first mirror unfortunately arrived slightly damaged but Molly was so helpful and sorted out collection of the damaged mirror and delivery of a new one very promptly and kept me updated with delivery details. Would certainly order from this company again! Excellent customer service!

Absolutely in love with my mirror, the size is perfect and for me the frameless mirror looks stunning!! So excited to receive it and it was packaged very carefully. Once I connected it with the bulbs and turned the lights on I was literally blown away at how beautiful it looked. This definitely is a must for a dressing room. I love it thank you **

They package arrive 5 or 6 days early which was very good. It was well packed so nothing broke. They mirror is absolutely beautiful

After waiting two weeks for my mirror to arrive I called to see where it was, only to be told it had sold out. But the money was already taken out of my account . They said they emailed me but I have not record of that. I did get a refund but the had my money for two weeks . I will use the company again as they have some lovely mirrors.

Very prompt service, first mirror I received was faulty however they were very quick at attempting to resolve this problem by sending a new plug on next day delivery however this didn’t resolve the problem. They then arranged a replacement product and collection of the faulty mirror within 2 days of notifying them that the plug didn’t resolve the issue. Highly recommend the company. So far my replacement mirror seems to be working beautifully!

I have really wanted a Hollywood Mirror for a while now and when I received this Mirror I was absolutely in love with it. It's perfect.. I couldn't fault it at all and the service form start to finish has been amazing. It's easy to out together. If you are thinking of getting one I would highly recommend Hollywood mirrors as the quality and standard of the product is too notch!

My wife has always wanted a Hollywood style mirror and given it was her birthday plus we have moved into a new house it seemed the right time to buy one. She loves it! It is well made, feels solid so it's not going to fall over easily, the lights are adjustable and my wife is very happy. The only downside was that when it was delivered the box has what is in side in huge capital letters and given she got to the door before me it wasn't really a surprise!

I purchased the mirror for someone’s birthday and it stated free next day delivery, I purchased on a Friday so I understood it wouldn’t be with me Saturday so expected it on the Monday but no, and the birthday was on the mondaay... ruined the birthday surprise. Then I contacted them complaining TWICE and had no response. They liked the mirror but ruined the experience.

The mirror was extremely well packaged too and I was very impressed.
The mirror itself is absolutely perfect, something I have always wanted and looks amazing in my bedroom.

10 days after having ordered and paid for the mirror I’m yet to receive it. I was told only after having ordered it that it wouldn’t be next day day delivery as stated - which was due to it being large and fragile however... I have had no notifications or tracking alerts apart from when I emailed them just a few days ago and was told it would be delivered Saturday... no such luck... not even a text to say it was out for delivery so I can only assume there is an issue. After having paid 400 pounds I would expect regular updates as to what is happening.
