i open with them an account so i was very happy but just when i was processing 7.500$ in the account they send me an email that they will hold all the money for 6 months without any reason. and I can't log in to my account.

I started with bluesnap a few weeks ago, and had a problem with their API where as when on a mobile device the fonts were so big I couldn't use it. After 2 weeks they finally fix that. Once I was up and running things were going along ok till duplicate and triple payments all done within the same second showed up. I refunded everyone this was happening to and next thing I know they are holding my funds. I was using a forum to sell my product from the site they approved and after waiting endlessly for a response I got told that my account is suspended and they may or may not give me my money back after 6 months. Last I looked I had over 14,000.00 they were holding. I can't even log into my account to see now. I am very worried I have been scammed out of my money. Their risk department is totally rude and treat you with zero respect. They never did fix the duplicate payment problem which caused me to have to give all the refunds. I recommend stay clear of this company.

HOW CAN THEY JUST BLOCK ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT???? NO ONE DOES THAT. SO EVEN IF SOMEONE REQUEST A REFUND FROM ME THERE IS NO WAY I CAN. I GUESS THEY JUST WANT TO NOT LET YOU SEE THE INSANE FEES THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. BLUESNAP IS SUCH A BAD COMPANY......

Bluesnap says due to disputes they closed my account. I had one chargeback out of almost 400 sales. Any refunds were due to their API charging twice. If I am getting chargebacks I have not received any emails alerting me. When I did get the one prior to them closing my access to my account I did get a email. Its as if Bluesnap has thrown a vale over the top of my account so I can't see how they are working to keeping my money.

Funny blue snap answers to review, saying we have chargebacks... last chargeback was on November 11th last year, so for what potential chargebacks are you holding funds ? If there is no chargebacks anymore... second of all its a clear image that yous just dont want to give back money, yous try your best to make something up, but i will not stop till i get my funds, as this is nonsense. This company advertise on ecom empires, pretending that they accept dropshipping businesses and then tell you you broke there terms, they offer influencers to tell different information regarding what services they provide and then with there false advertising make you look like you broke some rules. Note they wait till you have more money in account then they block you!!! I will spread this word everywhere, one funny thing i know influencers personally that yous had advertised and we see what happens now ;) maybe good luck in your business

Closed down our account put reserve on 38k and never received back, total fraud company. Making excuses to keep payments, which is illegal, by the law they cannot keep more than 180 days but they do it anyways. Need to report them everywhere and make sure nobody use them ever again.

We are an established business with 5+ years of operation and excellent reputation with Stripe and PayPal, we had 0 chargebacks over the last 3 years. We got interested in BlueSnap because of lower rates they promise, which seemed interesting to us. The pre-sales process was tedious and lengthy, sometimes the sales rep would take up to 4 days to write a reply. Finally we got all our questions answered and submitted an application. The application got rejected because the company is registered in a Balkan country, however in the rejection letter the company declined to indicate the reason for rejection. We had merchant accounts with other credit card processors and had no problems. From my research I found out that BlueSnap routinely rejects applications based on country of application. This is discriminatory practice and I would definitely call it a racist approach to business. If you are from an Eastern European country for example do not submit your application, go to a company which does not practice racism.

We are working with BlueSnap for over a year now and I must say this is the worst decision I ever made for my company!

They decided to reserve $7K with no alerts, no explanations and didn't agree to release it!

To make it clear our monthly revenue is 15K, and they took 7K in one month!

They expect us to make changes in our core system in one day, We don't have money to pay employees!

Company of useless people

They contacted us back in order to re-evaluate our business that was refused because of the bad reviews one year before.

After 1 months of paperwork they declined even if they contacted us.

Stay far away from these timewasters, is better that they look at their bad reviews not to the review of their potential customers.

Richard their representative totally useless person.

We will be probably the biggest online job platform for all latin people from all Latin America who dream to work abroad, with more than 100 milion users.Why is prohibited to colaborate with an online job platform?
Which are the inconsistencies you talk about?

They say "Sell Globally", but they don´t accept legally constituted companies in the US whose target market is in Latin America.
In fact they are in US and do business in Europe for example. I weird way of thinking business.
Hello, this is 2018!!. Internet is global and so business are. And that what we are going to do. We will sell globally and we will stay global.

They first say ok, you are approved, gave you a welcome letter and 15 minutes later close it with no other reason than " we cannot support your business model"

You should say the truth. You don´t like Latinos as owners.
Very disappointed with your customer service.

We are a customer of bluesnap since 14 months ago. Our account was suspended two days ago due to a mistake made by one of our team. We came today on this site to speak frankly, so honesty bluesnap is the best PSP we have dealt with, a wonderful support team and high-level developpers working in this company, in addition to the many payment methods available , i am really surprised at the negative reviews below, but I am sure that these have violated the terms and conditions of Bluesnap.
Unfortunately, we are forced to use another PSP at this moment, but we will always hope that we receive a message stating that the account was opened again, and we will not hesitate to return to using bluesnap again.

I have been using BlueSnap for a little over a year now. We built a custom integration, so the coding effort was a little intense, but they have all the functionality We need. I can’t speak about their support because we haven’t needed any! Deposits hit our bank account on time and their reporting is great - we know exactly what is going on with our sales.

Bluesnap.com are possibly the biggest SCAMMERS . Bluesnap .com are suppose too my our money 23 May 2019 up to now they say they did FNB did not reveice any money from them.
Warning they even use fake photos on there chat support.

so after I get to email them, they simply send me my business doesn't fit in their criteria, first of all, I do digital marketing, there is absolutely no reason to not fit your diamond bluesnap, second of all I'm involved in more than one business where I want to get into online Ecommerce, do they really think I would come back for them !!

I have been with them for almost two years until I decide to sell my business and I can tell that I have always been very satisfied with them. I found their payment processing fees to be relatively lower in comparison to their average competitors. Their excellent team has been always very helpful and responsive each time I had to contact them

We have been with BlueSnap (formally Plimus) since 6+ years and are so far happy with the service and support in a whole.

There may have been here and there some questions or smaller issues over the years, but they were usually solved properly and didn't affect our business in any way and BlueSnap has been so far very supportive.

I hope this will keep up and look forward in a fruitful collaboration.

Total Scammers
I'm in business for around 2 years and have been using Paypal only and have had 0 issues with them, no holds, no reserves or anything. Decided to try Bluesnap out so I have a CC processor as well, used them for a week and a half and then one day I wasn't able to log in anymore. They send me an email that they will hold all the money for 6 months without any reason. I had around 10,000$ in that account that they basically stole from my company. Stay away from them.

We had extreme difficulty in setting up the service meaning we wear without a provider for 4 weeks (from initial introduction to the point the service was working). I hope the service makes up for it!

Our team applied for a merchant account almost 3 weeks ago. We've had absolutely zero communication from the sales team, or anyone responsible for approvals. No indication of how long it will take, no request for further information. Nothing.

When contacting the support team, we only got vague responses about it being in progress, and they have since stopped responding.

At this point, I would not recommend Bluesnap. Their sales and support seems shockingly poor.

*update on BlueSnap's response here. After 3 weeks of no progress and being referred to various people who kept asking the same things, we dropped them.

BlueSnap is truly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Stay away.
