Great value and quality, the fitter of the blinds was abrupt upon payment as we didn’t have a card to pay with and time we had chance to say we will obviously pay cash, he was rude and said if you don’t pay I will take them down and go. Seriously this is not the way to speak to client who have just spent A lot of money investing in blinds. Some training in how to speak to customers would be a benefit to one of the older gentleman! Was going to look at doing our other property with blinds but I will seriously have to consider if we want to use this company again due to the rudeness of their blind fitter.

Blinds okay but customer service not ordered 3 lots of blinds from wythenshaw shop when they came there was 12 Louvre missing. I was told after 5 o’clock when the shop was closed fitter said he would tell them tomorrow I phoned to be told they would look in to it they phone me to say that they would get them as soon as possible not a sorry or anything I then looked a bill to find I had been charged £12.00 for removing existing blind that at no time made aware of extra cost .So now my order is complete but still no explanation.When I was asked for payment I was told to pay for all I said I was happy to pay for blinds that had been completed but not the incomplete one was told that they would take them down and away with then till I payed so in the end at over 70 years of age I didn’t want the hassle disappointed with the lack of customer service

We had our blinds fitted on 13 November. From going into shooento eventual fitting the service we received was first class
We love our blinds which we had fitted in our bathroom and on the landing

From start to finish I would describe the service as average, the lady in the shop when we went in to order wasnt very helpful, once we had been measured up the blinds took 2 weeks to arrive and be fitted despite being quoted a week

I had 4 vertical blinds fitted on Wednesday 3 fit 1 was cut too short at the factory! Fitter apologised, he fitted the short blind, obviously a large gap at the bottom of window, I'm still waiting for a phone call from homefair to arrange a replacement and apologise for the inconvenience!

Had my rigid vertical blinds fitted on the 13th march and i can't tell you how happy I am with the product. Absolutely perfect! Reasonable price too!
From start to finish the company has been very helpful and not pushy with me after i had my initial measurements done.
I would also like to say that the gentleman who came to fit the blinds was very polite and professional. He did a great job.
I would have no problem recommending this company.

I contacted the Gorton branch over 4 weeks now, came to my house 3x to do a wrong measurement, finally got the right person to measure the windows the fourth time and they told me it will take another 7 till 10 days to be fitted. This is over 4 weeks now , me and my family sleeping in a house without blinds. Will not be recommending and not using their services any more. Bad customer service, no communication, and late services

Had 3 blinds fitted by this company last week. Will not b using them ever again!! The fitter was sooo rude & ignorant unbelievable! Can also get cheaper elsewhere ! Very Poor customer service!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish, great choice of products, lady in shop very helpful and knowledgeable, quick turnaround time, measurer and fitter both very efficient and a (VERY MINOR) problem I had was sorted within days - Very pleases and will be ordering again soon
