Only been using it a couple of days and having trouble with the keypad not working properly, if not for the app this would be a 1 star.

The system was only 100 euro with a 3 year contract at 35 a month which includes monitoring and maintenance including batteries which is very good value compared to Phonewatch who I had before. Also alarm system itself is better than my old phonewatch one. All dealings with them very good so far no problems

Installation date from signing up was within a week, was quick & simple & the installer was thorough in explaining how the system works. Apps & features all working great & user friendly.

Dealt with Sam Brooke's for the sales end of it and was super to deal with would highly recommend going through him. The engineer that was at the house to install the alarm I feel left alot of dirt after him and all empty boxes. The alarm itself is perfect and we are very happy with home secure and would highly recommend.

Good Phone service, decent price, product seems good so far, I’ve had it installed for around 2 weeks now. Love the idea of all been wireless. Product looks nice and neat. Love the app.

They had an amazing deal on in January which drew me in, but the level of service was exceptional- the sales office, scheduling team and Fran who came to the house, each one were friendly and professional. I'm delighted we chose them to replace our old broken and outdated alarm.

I've had my system installed less than a week ago

In this time I've had to call "customer care" on 3 ocassions to get the app working. Sent another 3 emails trying to cancel this service - still unanswered

The way this monitored system works is that you are a sub user of your own device, you are not in control of your own security system - Homesecure and (potentially) ALL of their employess are users on your system and are able to unarm your system remotely.

I've spent the last day trying to get a rep. to contact me to get this removed - no one seems to want to talk to me

Awful service and not what was sold to me - AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!
