I have used Hometree since Oct last year.
There customer service is excellent.
They are easy to contact.
They ensure their engineers attend promptly if there is any problem
If you have any problems they will investigate and remedy it.

In these uncertain times it was good to know that a company was prepared to send an engineer to deal with a boiler break down.. being in a vulnerable age group ,Hometree met their promises ...naturally all current health safeguards conditions were met ... before the home visit.
The repair required some new parts,the job was completed 48 hours later. ..we are well satisfied.

Spoke to a customer representative who was extremely helpful and polite. I told her that I would call back to join Hometree but missed the opening hours. However I managed to join via the website and it was very simple.

Thank you for the prompt service. I’m a NHS community worker and I had no hot water. I phoned and within 4 hours a lovely engineer came and fixed my boiler/water

Your Engineer was very thoughtful considering the problems we are haveing at present. He was respectful of my age and kept his distance. He was very quiet, knew what was wrong and fixed it with no hesitation. He was clean and tidy at all times. I cannot fault his work. Thank you.

Your engineers arrived on time, were polite, considerate and most of all highly efficient. Given that they came during the Covid 19 lockdown, they were assiduous about social distancing, hygiene etc. In all, they were brilliant.

Henry at hometree was very attentive and reassuring. It's my first time with hometree. But first impression was very good, fast and simple easy to follow, no gargon talk. Very honest. Hopefully this remains the case going forward.

Phoned up with a problem on Saturday - got a plumbing engineer appointment the next day Sunday - very impressive - The engineer Gerard Duffy turned up on time was extremely efficient and most pleasingly very neat and tidy in his work (unlike a lot I’ve had experience of) The radiator issue was sorted out promptly and we had the boiler serviced at the same time - really pleases altogether
