I have been a customer of Bristol Hotspring for quite a few years now (12 years). Always had great service when visiting the store or when the service team pay a visit.
Anthony, services our tub, fitted a new heater and diverted valve. He was on time, very polite, explained everything clearly and has done a great job.
No hesitation in recommending these guys as the job is always well done.

I purchased my hot tub in Sept 2019, we were served by Mitch and he had great knowledge of the different products. Mitch was really helpful and we have purchased many accessories since. Mitch customer service is always fantastic. He is professional and takes time to discuss your requirements whilst maintaining a personal approach. I would also like to give a fantastic review for Nick, what a great genuine helpful person. We had a delay with our order but he resolved our query straight away and we were very happy with the delivery and installation. A great team and an amazing hot tub. Thank you.

Have had our hot tub for six years now and still use it most days summer and winter. Love it and would recommend hot springs for good customer service????

Bought our hot tub just over 4 years ago .Good product and customer service from Hot springs .
They have a wide range of products and parts available.
Would recommend them as a company and products .

Amazing sales staff ... let down extremely badly by aftersales and repairs - over 8 months for a repair is unacceptable. Due to the engineer being sent with the wrong sized hose I also had to purchase spares myself locally to enable the repair to be completed - I have never been contacted for recompense or even a thankyou for this. Great product, great sales team, engineers are good guys when you eventually get them on site, but the customer service and aftersales is abysmal when you have just bought a luxury/premium product. I will never use their aftersales again due to these issues.

The sales guy (Jack) was very helpful and knew his stuff. Hot tub arrived, was setup and they have responded very quickly and helpfully to all my questions - and very politely to the rather daft questions too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had our hot tub 2 weeks ago. So far the benefits are definitely showing. My arthritis is easier and helping towards a good night sleep.

Had an amazing first night in our hot tub. Big thank you to Michele at hot springs Swansea for all the help and advice we received . Nothing was too much trouble when we needed some advice and Michele is always there to help with any questions we may have. Absolutely over the moon and glad we chose hot springs

The sales representative explained the products very well while I never bought any hot spring in my life. They are so professional and I felt very welcome to be a customer. For the product, I highly recommended to my friends after my 1st try.

We have had a Jetsetter from Plymouth Hotspring for about a year and a half now. Great tub and good support from the team in Plymouth.
