I have changed my review, from one to three stars my order turned up but was very late, you should reply to emails and not have customers chasing. Customers are ok with things being late if they are told.

Paid for delivery to be 1-5 days. They send nothing and still fighting for a refund 3 weeks later. They just send sarcastic messages like we will refund in 14 days....still waiting for nearly £80. Have now escalated with PAYPal.
AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs!!!

Ordered Jeffrey star items and paid with pay pal, received confirmation of everything only to get e mail from paypal next day saying i’d been refunded. No explanation from house of beauty, it’s obviously out of stock as it’s out of stock everywhere. I e mailed them asking why i was allowed to order an out of stock item and pay for it and had no response 8 days later! They are still allowing you to order that same product as well even though it’s still out of stock! Would never try ordering anything again for the fact I know now their customer service is appalling.

Bought a product on 19th April 2020, got an email today, 6th may 2020 saying my item isn’t in stock and my order has been cancelled. Went on their website today and they are STILL showing the product is in stock. Should receive money back in 2-5 days anyway. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered some foundation samples on the 9th of April to Portugal and I still haven't heard from them. Today is the 4th of June. 2 months have been gone... Just emailed to see if someone would actually do something.

I ordered some hair extentions about 4 months ago. I still haven't received them, and every time I've email asking where they are, I get told the package is 'on the way back' to them. By the time I actually receive the hair, I'll have grown mine to the floor lol. Disappointed.
