House Of Slippers

I bought a pair of Dr Keller 'Chris' slippers to replace a previous pair which I had worn daily for two and a half years and which I had found very satisfactory (until they wore out). I was glad to find that House of Slippers stocked them, as they seem to be in short supply in my size. The price was very reasonable and the goods arrived promptly in good condition.

Ordered a pair of slippers that were meant to be size 11 but were tiny and fit around a 9 even tho it says they are 11’s. These were a present for my dad and im very disapointed.

I recently bought a pair of blue moccasin style slippers for my elderly father who normally takes a size 12 shoe. Whilst the service I received from House of Slippers was first class and the quality of the slippers received was excellent, the size 13 slippers purchased were on the narrow side and still far too small. Using the Return postage sticker which I also purchased for an extra pound, I was able to return the slippers easily in the packaging provided requesting an exchange for a size 16.
The very small sizing of the slippers is the only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars. I still highly recommend this seller but I would like to see them provide comparable sizing so that we know whether to order larger sizes or not.

I ordered two plants off the Internet approximately 8wks ago and they have still not arrived - amazing how some companies can continue to perform like House of Slippers and others let you down greatly! - well done House of Slippers!
