I couldn’t find stick of the item on display, I had to ask and they were 2 sections away I’d never have found them also as in plain packages

Train staff how to apologise genuinely to customers who have had to return to the store, travelling miles, when the customer realized she had been overcharged.
Customer remained highly professional at all times ( no aggression ) simply asked for refund. but no apology if there was it was was not directed to the customer. Another staff member simply looked at the floor. I have written to the store to the store with receipt details, and still no acknowledge of the error or apology. Not good customer care.

I was told there was one left in store when I arrived to get my lamp table they had to order one which has taken one month to arrive

I ordered my recent purchase on line, and because of a blip in connection, inadvertently placed two identical orders. As soon as I spoke to your customer services the error was sorted and my over-payment was refunded. The item arrived on time and exactly as expected.

Ordered a rug which I had to pick up from the warehouse because I was not prepared to pay the extortionate delivery charge to an address 20 minutes drive away from the store - had to drive 10 minutes from the store to the warehouse to pick up the rug which I had to lift and load into my car . When I unrolled the rug out at home I discovered I had been given the wrong rug. Contacted the store, and the outcome was that I had to roll up the rug, which was heavy, load it back into my car and take it back to the store where I was given the display model off the display rack. Apologies were given but I was not offered any compensation for the trouble and time It took for me to take it back and also having to take a DISPLAY model. Apparently there had been a mixup with the product codes.

The bed that we bought had substandard lats Whitch were I corrected fitter by your assembly people resulting in some some of them breaking ant the end one moving about freely. These lats were ply wood and not the substantial ones as displayed in your showroom
The insides of the drawer purchased were also constructed using plywood which has very rough edges which snag clothes when they are being opened and closed.
This is certainly not the standard of furniture we expected from your store

I was reluctant at first to order Denby online from HU but was happily surprised. The Denby mugs arrived quickly from ordering and are the genuine article at a fraction of the cost to complete our collection.

Housing units are 5 star because the staff are really helpful I visited my family and decided to buy quite a few items instead of my taking them back to Hertfordshire in the back of my car, they delivered to me free of charge do I need to say any more!!

Found furniture online with housing Units and it was £400 cheaper than in a high street furniture retailer. We were advised that an item was not In Stock and was given an estimated delivery date. It went a few weeks over however I found the product and service to be fantastic. The two delivery men from the courier service were very helpful, friendly and professional.

We cannot argue with the service but felt that having to pay £155 for a toilet seat when the other one snap after only 3 years with little use when you built the bathroom at a cost of £12000.

I told shop assistant did not have screws to attach headboard and was assured that was not a problem. But they didn't have any on van and though they said they would get some sent out they have not arrived. I bought some on line and fitted them myself

It was unfortunate that the product I wanted was not available for 6 weeks but I was impressed by the way I was kept up to date and my daughter loves the microwave
