Brett and Chris delivered our new bed on Tuesday 19th.May. They were fully clothed for virus protection, and conducted the whole process in a professional manner. Very satisifed with the whole delivery.

Paul and Matt delivered our new 3 piece suite this morning. They were in had face masks and head screens on, along with gloves. Took my old suite away quickly and then brought in my new one, put them together and checked all worked OK. Both were very polite and helpful.

Received our order today 19/05/2020. Could not be more thrilled with the quality and appearance of the fireside chair and foot stool. Would definitely order again from HSL the chair is so comfortable, so glad we called into there store to see what range they had. The staff are superb. And delivery service Excellent. Well done HSL.

We purchased a two and three seater sofa . On both we added the wooden cuffs at the end of the arm rests which we would recommend. On our previous sofas even with matching arms cuffs made to match, the end of the arm rests was the most visually worn areas but these wooden extensions at end of the arm rests help to protect the wear on the fabric. Our biggest regret is that we didn't put the foot and back recliners on both sofas. Choosing between them the foot raisers definately get more use than the back recliners but both sofas are extremely comfortable and the texture of the fabric has a cosy warmth.
Our only issue occured at delivery. The delivery lorry was too long to get up to our location on a steep hill . They left the delivery at a location nearby .The sofas come in sections which have to be assembled on sight .When we got to the delivery location and saw all these boxes and contacted HSL to explain what happened they got the delivery company to return and in the meantime we transported the boxes ourselves upto the intended address. When the delivery lorry returned they helped to unpack the boxes and assemble the sofas. If they had not returned we would have really, really struggled to assemble the sofas. Despite all this I would still return to HSL if I was looking for another sofa and would check them out when we next change our bed.

HSL delivered parents chairs today 19-5-2020, I was called Friday to say they could now be delivered and was in the area today for delivery. I was asked if I had received a delivery pack explaining the procedure for delivery, unfortunately this did not arrive until the post came today but was not a problem as I was able to show them where each chair was going from a safe distance . Brett and Chris where the delivery guy's and called to say they where on the way and would be about 30 minutes which they arrived about 25 minutes later. Very professional service full PPE was worn and gave time for my mother to move into another room before entering the house. Very professional service given by them and did not take them long to put both chairs in place for parents.

HSL Guiseley Leeds,

Ashley was our Assistant. We booked an appointment to visit due to Covid-19. She was ready to greet us when we arrived.
We were offered hand sanitiser immediately. The two members of staff were wearing face masks and she explained this was for our protection more than theirs.She also reassured us that everything had been cleaned before we arrived.
She was so informative, pleasant and professional!! Thank you!!
The store itself has been refurbished since our last visit. It is extremely well set out, the space is great and inviting.
I would highly recommend this store for its choice of furniture and overall pleasant experience.

I visited your store in Dewsbury on 27th May, i made an appointment for the afternoon. This was my first time going out after 10wks, my daughter and i entered the store and was greeted by Sarah and Charlotte in PPE, staying at a distance, we had the whole store to our self, i was able to move around and try any chair, the girls did a full assement of my likes and needs, nothing was to much. Their was no rush, their advise and customer service was faultless, now i'm looking forward to my chair coming in a few weeks.

We visited your glasgow store on 6/6/20 at 9.15, did not know we needed an appointment but we were asked to have a seat until Rosaleen was finished with her client which was only a few minutes. We felt very safe in shop as girls had there PPE and sanitiser. We were looking for a rise & recline chair and Rosaleen explained quite a few different styles and functions and fixed us up with the perfect chair. We are delighted with the service and patiently awaiting our chairs and sofa.we felt at ease and relaxed not harrassed throughout our visit

Visited Lincoln showroom yesterday and Covid19 safety procedures were very good - excellent friendly service from Sharon and a slight hiccup on the order was quickly rectified by Richard over the phone today.

Our comfort specialist at Stockton, Sharon, is lovely - very helpful, sense of humour, efficient, professional. We had visited before so knew the form, but Sharon helped us make our choice, giving plenty of time and advice as necessary. She was also very welcoming to our daughter, who has Down syndrome, who settled down in a chair for a good nap!

Well we have just ordered our new suite with Rosa at the Guiseley branch.She was so helpful,nothing was too much trouble.Gave us all the information we needed,gave us both the 7 point check.My husband is 6ft 2 and im 5ft 1.So obviously our needs are different.We picked one chair and couch in Ripley range and a chair for me in the Aysgarth range.So excited for their dilivery.Rosa was helpful,profesional and very pleasant.She made us feal safe with the mask and gloves she was wearing.As were we.Couldnt praise her enough.Just been in to pay the remaining money and we went the day we knew Rosa would be there because she was so nice.Highly recomend.Thanks ROSA.XXX

After my Mum had her hip replaced she decided to invest in an HSL Chair. We haven't received it as yet but, it's coming soon and I'm confident it will be just what she needs. Today we had our second visit to HSL Chairs Dewsbury. Having been so please with our Glenmore chair we decided to get another one plus an Askrigg Setee. The service is first class and Sarah's advice on the setee with or without the cushions and trying both was great and caused us to change our choice and go with the cushions! We are delighted with the products and very impressed with the thoroughness of both Charlotte and Sarah - a great time.
We can recommed the shop and warmly commend the staff. Thank you.

Everything about HSL, from the staff at my local showroom, the order process and now, after a delay caused by lock-down, through to the delivery of my sofas has been first class. The delivery was exactly as I had been informed: a phone call from the delivery team 30 minutes before arrival, when they both arrived in PPE. I left them to it and after the sofas were unpacked and in place they exited the room to allow me to inspect. Social distancing was well observed throughout and I was completely happy with everything about the two delivery men and their work and, of course, my furniture!
I am a very satisfied customer and will return.
