I had heard good things about these juices, but when I got mine they tasted terrible and even hurt my throat to vape. No matter what temperature, the juices simply burnt. I asked if the company could do an exchange for different flavors or returns and they only gave me a 10% off my next purchase, which I will not be using.

This is actually my second order. Not happy with the taste or quality of their vape juice. Bought 4 different flavors over the past 2 orders. They all tasted the same like they put the same flavors in each bottle and non taste like the description. Would definitely not recommend or buy again!

I only have a problem with this particular order just do to the fact that the flavors I had chosen are actually the top 3 flavors I dislike the most . I was hoping Humble would exchange my 4 brand new bottles for flavors I would actually like . I would love to keep doing business with you guys if you make this simple mistake

I used to really like Humble Juice Co, but recently I have been bombarded with ridiculous issues the past few orders, which they refuse to address or make right. Out of the past $100 that I have spent with them, I have only received $25 worth of product that I paid for. Pros: Great tasting vape juice, great price. Cons: Slow shipping, awful customer support, mislabeled products, lost shipments, constantly fluctuating inventory. Honestly, I really like the vape juice that Humble Juice Co makes, which is why it frustrates me so much that I can no longer recommend them to people, and why I myself will no longer be buying from them. Use them at your own risk.

I order 2 bottles of juice from humble, while 1 was very good, the other was terrible and i ended up giving it away the next day. My biggest problem however, is their processing and shipping. I placed my order early in the morning on the 16th and it did not arrive until mid day on the 22nd. It is unacceptable to take 3 minutes to take my money but 3 days to ship my product. Product in which half was just not good. Their standard shipping for 5-7 days is free, I don't remember how much I paid for shipping but it was 2-3 days yet still took 6 days to get to me. Due to their processing and shipping I will not be returning.

Fast shipping and correct order but I didnt like the juice flavors. Not happy that I cant return it if I dont like the flavor. Guess thats part of the chance you take ordering online to get a good price.

Took almost 2 weeks to get my order. The deal is pretty good. Will probably buy from them again but need to order much further in advance. The other company I usually buy from has it at my door within 5 days of ordering. They also have way more flavors than humble does. The bottles the liquid comes in are pretty convenient. No need to transfer to smaller bottles since they have the small tip right on the bottle.

My juice got misplaced I don't know if it was you or Usps that misplaced it but it ended up being late. However getting a discount code and 1 day shipping out of it totally overcame the experience! The juice I ordered may not have tasted too amazing but I bet you guys have one that does! Plan to purchase again.

I placed my order on 10/7 and paid extra money for faster shipping, and I received my product the following Friday on 10/12, when I paid for 3 day shipping, my roommate also placed an order on 10/9 with the same 3 day shipping option and we are still awaiting the second product. I feel if we pay extra for three day shipping we shouldn't have to wait over a week for my item. The juice is what I paid for and I am satisfied with the product, but I would like to see faster shipping and order processing from the company.

A lot has changed since my 5 star review in July. Humble has let me down too many times and when I have tried to contact them they ignore my messages. All or their juice has the exact same aftertaste and they all end up tasting the same. A month ago I got a bad batch of juice. I sent them an email and was quickly shown how much us "customers" mean to them... nothing. THIS JUICE WILL GUNK UP YOUR COILS!! If you like replacing coils every 3 days get this juice. It did get a tad bit better when they started removing their coloring from the juices but that most def didn't fix the issue. Don't get the HMBL line from them, unless you enjoy the taste of cough syrup. Yes, it's cheap. But you get what you pay for. I have spent hundreds of dollars on humble in the past (before the quality, flavor and customer service went downhill) and it was a huge slap to the face when they simply couldn't reply to an email from a so called important customer... you lost a customer Humble.

Second time now, they shipped me the wrong strength of nicotine. I just got 6 mg of Sweet Tobacco and it should have been 12 mg. They use a colored highlighter and marked the 12 mg on my invoice that was enclosed, but sent 6 mg. 2 bottles of it. It is such a pain to ship it back so I will just keep it. I wanted 12 mg, I ordered 12 mg, I expect 12 mg to be shipped to me.

Never completed the order after multiple phone calls. Gave up trying in the end and went elsewhere. Hopeless customer service so l will recommend (ganja-estates.com) because the are legit and helpful a lot.

I placed an order in plenty of time for them to get it out by Friday but of course they could not even do that right. They have the attitude that they do not even care about the customer. All they seem to care about is getting your money and then you do not matter. Customers are always right and you must take care of the customer to be a business.

I've been ordering from humble for quite a while now & I can honestly say that they are the most consistent with their e-juice..I know that I'm going to LOVE whatever flavor I order because of how well my previous orders have gone, humble allows me to order in confidence lol.. Oh yes the fact that they pre-steep their e-juice, makes ALL the difference in the world.. My wife &I absolutely LOVE humble juice company, keep up the good work and thank you to everyone who makes this juice amazing.. happy vaping

Ordered 2 kinds of juice on a Tuesday. It didn't get processed until Friday, much longer than the average business, but not a big problem, once it was processed it was delivered very quickly. I excitedly opened the box and quickly discovered... I hated both flavors I got. Now I have 2 120ml bottles of juice I won't use, and my wallet is 30 bucks lighter. Wouldnt recommend. Go to a site that offers samples, exchanges, or just go to your local market where you can try flavors.

I'm very unsatisfied with my order. I got a text saying it was delivered but product never came. My local post office doesn't have product either. This was my first time shopping with humblejuiceCo and because of, it will be my last. It's a shame cause I really liked the donkey khan

They claim that you get free shipping on their bogo orders but aparently their shipping policy on anoth page say free shipping applies to orders over 19.99. Not sure why they advertise ther 15.99 bogo with free shipping then...

Found an item description matched the picture but after contacting supplier would not honour advertised price and want to charge 5 times the advertised price thats why l recommend (ganjaestates.com) because what ever the are advertising is exactly what the are selling or giving out to clients so the are legit and reliable thanks.
