AVOID AT ALL COST, SCAMMERS!!!!! After finding a knife for our sons birthday that was in stock and promised delivery in 3-5 days we placed the order. 3 weeks later still no knife. No reply to emails, no phone calls answered. Last resort a negative review on trust pilot and almost immediate response, funny that!! Answer on review very different to abusive and unprofessional emails received. Asked for tracking info and now gone quiet again. Please please don't lose your money to these lowlifes. Now have a birthday very soon and no present!

Reviewer contacted I have already asked my bank to apply… Too many promises and complete waste of my time. God knows how much stress I have had with this website. To me they sell items which they DO Not have in their stock and keep telling you a couple of days ( not weeks or months). Good companies or websites warn you about out of stock or preordered . as I said’ they have to be honest and give a realistic time of deliveries and clearly mention which item is out of stock or can be delivered immediately. Unfortunately, hunters and knives DOES NOT DO THAT One of the excuses( which has been mentioned in a few other reviews) is: lack of postcode on your form, however, I proved Pedro the postcode is a mandatory field and there is no way to be able to proceed to the payment page without adding your postcode. A very strange thing is they send a receipt without any postcode on it for you( as I mentioned , no postcod, means no payment). I am very sorry for this company , clearly the way they treat customers will ended up in bankruptcy. You can’t mock your customers and make joke of them. Pedro a few times asked my : do I understand English ( otherwise would not bother them). It is 21st century and I can’t believe in EU someone is exploiting the customer’s like that. Update: All the time I was told my item was despatched:according to this email: Dear Kamran Come on, can you read English? It says on the email the item has been shipped and when you get it you will have to return it You are waisitng our time once again like last time and we do not have time to run around with you again We can proove everything we have said and you are very scary we have just sent you a last email to show you once again how wrong you are just do what you have to and we will act in consequence Kind Regards Pedro Ramos - Sales Dept. NOW the last email from Pedro: Dear Kamran We will have to request this to our warehouse, so we can provide it tomorrow Kind Regards Pedro PLEASE read this one from Them: Dear Kamran It seem to us, that you enjoy waisting our good tax payers time and there money.. lets see what people think of the NHS doctors spending and waisting there time!!! I will be Giving our personal opinion to the Bath gral hospital today about a member of there staff and there behaviour on internet on there working hours which we pay for with our taxes. I will be forwarding the emails and the screen captures so they can see what kind of accusations we have had to be dealing with from day one. Our complaint will be based on the amount of hours you have dedicated to us with insults, defamations and accused us of criminal activity and all this within tax payers time! If you wish to insist in spending our tax payers money like today on the amount of time that you have dedicated again to us. The more time we will ensure others know as well why they are not getting the service they pay from in the NHS As you can see we all have an opinion but not the malicious intentions until we are pushed to the end Kind Regards Admin I provided them my hospital number to assure them,I’m on annual leaves and not wasting money and avoiding them accusing our NHS, after all the hard work,shame! A (1 star) personal review of Hunters Knives UK). Web address: https://www.hunters-knives.co.uk/ Aside from a slick-looking website with great-looking products, Hunter's Knives are a huge disappointment as online business practices go. I strongly suspect the knife I ordered was never in stock. The website does not warn purchasers' that items pictured are non-stock items. When one' enquires about the serious lack of delivery, their emails have an arrogant: 'we really don't give a flying-duck' tone about them. The word 'refund' simply isn't part of the vocabulary for the owner of Hunters Knives - as the emails I have received from them attest to. I'm now forced to involve my bank in recovering MY money for a knife that continually fails to materialise.

I wish these cowards provided a correct address, i'm sick of everyone having their money stolen, including my family! Being an ex-infantry soldier in the British Armed Forces i would love to rip these guys apart and have them apologise to everyone on camera. Who are these idiots!? Let's bring them street justice

Jesus where do I start with these absolute crooks!! I urge you and hope people read these reviews before spending their hard earned money with these people, I wish I had done! These people literally just take your money and do not send your item out, it’s bizarre, they emailed me to say dispatched and it’s never ever arrived, I confirmed my address with them and still nothing, I have emailed them god knows how many times and still I have never received my order despite them actually acknowledging the fact I have never received anything. This has gone on for well over a month if not more, I don’t think they even care and have just happily taken my money. I’d love to just sit back and take peoples money and not provide a service. By the looks of it after reading reviews elsewhere this is a pretty standard procedure with this company. Trust me when I say “AVOID THIS COMPANY” do not make the same mistake I did!! I will be putting this review elsewhere to warn others as this kind of business if you can call it that needs shutting down, they are pretty much as good as thieves

After a 4 month wait BARCLAYS BANK ANTI FRAUD DEPT recovered the money I paid hunters knives in early July. Says it all really. I strongly urge anyone wish to buy from them to go elsewhere. Don't just look at the reviews, look at the rude, cocky and outright lies in the replies to reviews given by hunter knives. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hade 1 knife delivery very nice knife bit skeptical with all bad reviews IV seen but fine so fare just waiting for my comando combat knife now only one came expect ed both at once but think it will turn up got to expect it to take longer as it comes from a long way ???

- AVOID THIS COMPANY - READ THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND TRUSTPILOT...... *UPDATED* 02/06/20 (PM) - Total of 42 Emails and 128 Calls (only 5 answered) No items and No refund!! [Now they won’t answer the phone or reply to my emails] 02/06/20 (AM) - Called again this morning, Paul answered the phone and as soon as I told him my name he hung up on me .... (recording available for anyone who would like to listen to it....) how rude.... creat customer services ... 02/06/20 - Hunters claim to have contacted me regarding my review, this is another lie... if they had contacted me about my review I would have asked them about my order but as I called them 59 times yesterday and not once was the call answered... (happy to show my call log and emails to anyone that would like to see them.... (01/06/20) After being told on Friday that my items were out for delivery by the sales team they have still not arrived... this is now 5 weeks and 6 day.... this is not acceptable.... [(27/05/20) Called them again this week another week has passed (now 5 weeks since ordering) was told that it must be lost and that they would resend my item (with free gift as compensation) still nothing - Emailed yesterday (26/05/20) was told it is being sent direct from the supplier in Oldham (which is also where the UK based warehouse is)] .... Back to 1 star!! very very disappointed in the whole experience (The only good thing about the whole thing was how friendly Paul was on the phone when I rang)... ((I APPRECIATE THE CURRENT WORD PANDEMIC BUT HAVE MANY OTHER IDENTICAL ITEMS FROM OTHER SELLERS THAT ARRIVED WITHIN DAYS SOME EVEN NEXT DAY)) [(18/05/20) Made contact with a very helpful guy at the Spain office (0034922583038) who has looked into this issue for me and advised that my item should arrive by Wednesday and is dispatched from the UK warehouse] gone to 3 stars.... Placed an order on 21/04/40 and still not arrived, they have now stopped replying to my emails, refuse to give tracking info, lie saying they have been trying to email me and no refund either, uk telephone number not working.... thieves ....
