Earrings I ordered for a birthday present are lovely however they didn't arrive in the gift box I had paid extra for and despite having emailed several times I have not had a response. Very disappointed and now I have to find and pay for an alternative gift box!

I ordered a personalised bracelet yesterday, very quick and easy ordering service and the bracelet arrived this morning. Excellent service and the bracelet looks lovely in the gift box and the engraving was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Hurley Burley.

Often use Hurley Burley for gifts - as they are excellent quality and packaging is stylish . Just ordered two- x sets of earrings and whilst packaging was wrong on delivery- HurleyBurley sorted it out that same day and new packaging arrived the next day - Extremely pleased with customer service and gifts look beautiful in pouches and gift box. I have used this company several times over the past few years. They are excellent. They always deliver your items presented in beautiful boxes tied with ribbon and within a few days of ordering. The items i have ordered over the years are still in great condition. I cannot say anything negative about them. They have even delivered very promptly during the mad times we are all having to cope with.

Excellent service, ordered 2 pieces , one of which needed personalising , they arrived in a couple of days, the ring arrived on my husbands birthday, which was great as I bought the same ring for him for Christmas and he lost it so was really pleased to have it replaced. The products are really nice and reasonably priced.

I have had Ordered two keepsakes for gifts recently for loved ones lost. I asked for a paw print on one and it was no trouble at all. They arrived quickly too. Both products were great quality and treasured by the recipients. Will be ordering again

I ordered a fleur de lis charm and it arrived without the trigger clasp, I got onto their website straight away and within 15 minutes had an email in reply to apologise for the error. They sent me out another one on the same day which arrived in perfect condition. Great customer service, will definitely be back to order more - have one of the best ranges of quirky, beautifully made jewellery at great prices ;)
