Fantastic service, always so quick to send out orders and respond to queries. I ordered the wrong size of print I wanted, Maria in the customer services team was so helpful- she refunded my order straight away and said I didn’t need to worry about returning it, to pass it on or recycle! So refreshing! Thanks Maria!

I love the originality and creativity of this company - quality of product is excellent, but there’s a few things wrong with their business model.
1) why can’t you just add things to your basket? Every item needs to be an individual purchase, meaning your bank thinks you’ve been hit by fraud. Do you just want us to forget how much we’re spending? No other website does this. Just stop it, it’s incredibly annoying.
2) so there’s a sale, which you need the app for. Ok. Download the app. Then you choose your size, add a frame and all of a sudden you have no idea whether that discount applies. It’s almost like it doesn’t... interesting. The price escalates in a way like they’ve planned it.
3) trust. This is important with a company. With a sliding scale of pricing and evident blockers on you trying to just understand what you’re spending - there is no trust.

So I’m afraid it’s 3 stars. Shame as the products are brilliant but just be honest instead of trying to insult your customers. I’ve walked away from both transactions with this company feeling really bitter about the experience

Exceptional customer service! I contacted them after receiving my art print to enquire about a return, as I realised I would like the print in a bigger size, which I then ordered. They got straight back to me with a refund, and told me just to keep the original size rather than return. Very impressed!

One slight criticism would be the white border thats on the prints. I'd prefer the print to be full size, so I can add a mount if I wished. Can make it hard getting the right sized frame.

Good quality item, and well framed with quick delivery, although I have to agree with another purchaser, I don't like the fact that you can't put items into a basket, especially when ordering more than one item!! I was surprised when I went to do this that I had paid for something I was still not sure about purchasing, I think this needs to be looked at, as I'm not sure I will purchase items again because of this

These guys have been brilliant! They are really fast to get back to replies, and having had problems with previous orders and delayed shipments due to the pandemic, they have given me some money off and refunded items for return. Everyone has been really helpful and lovely. The products are also always of great quality and I can't thank them enough! Thank you so much for all of your help. A fantastic online store.

I ordered the wrong size print by accident. I let Fy know about this late on a Saturday evening, asking if they could please change the size. On Sunday morning I had a full refund and an email explaining that the order had been cancelled so I can reorder with the correct size.

Really helpful, fast service from customer care agent Juli. Super friendly and easy to navigate the website to get help. It really makes it worth supporting the brand when you know the people behind the beautiful art & the business are lovely too!

I ordered two prints and loved the quality of them. They arrived quick and look great at my baby’s nursery. I just bought a third print for my little girl’s room! The customer service is so good too. I mistakenly ordered the same print twice and I contacted them. They got back to me so quick and refunded me.

Ordered from this site a couple of times now, very speedy delivery. The only thing that puts me off alittle is you don't get a basket, I'm one of those people who likes to collect in my basket while I decide if I really want it or not. Pretty great site with plenty of variety.

Excellent service.
I placed an order for a rug - later realising that the one I'd ordered was too small.
Within less than 24 hours, my order was cancelled (following my email request), and money in process of being refunded.
I shall now re-order, but making use of a tape measure first!

I’ve bought a few pictures from Fy the service is brilliant. They send a email to say received your order. Another one to say in stock then another to say on the way. My last order I messed up ordered wrong size. Sent an email to Fy to say what I’d done. No problem cancelled the order and refunded the money straight away so I could re-order the right size. I would recommend Fy Because they have such a broad range and brilliant service.

I love Fy becasue of the beautiful work and products they sell but today the customer service also really enhanced my experience of using their site.
An oversight on a discount/pricing issue on their website has been resolved instantly without question and a refund followed swiftly.

I bought 3 prints with frames, all are great and delivered quickly. I messed up on one of the frames and the customer service was really good, enabling me to get the one i wanted again very quickly. Will happily use them again.

Amazing customer service! I’d emailed asking to add a delivery instruction to my order as our address can be confusing at times. They were so quick to respond! Unfortunately I had an issue with one of my products and they were extremely helpful and quick in getting back to me! Anna in particular was amazing.

Both the product range and the user experience of their app is very appealing. Finally I have ordered two wonderful wall posters. When I had some issues with the delivery their exceptional customer service (both Nora and Georgina) took over and managed the issue with the courier perfectly.
