I’ve bought two items recently. One, some hare coasters as a present for a friend. She was delighted , the quality is fantastic and they arrived beautifully packaged with my message. I bought a fox lampshade for myself. Once again it’s beautiful and the staff were so helpful arranging delivery etc.

I ordered a dear friend's birthday gifts from iapetus, and due to the lockdown I had them wrapped and sent directly to her. They arrived on time and my friend cried tears of joy when she opened the parcel - she said that they had been wrapped beautifully with gorgeous paper and great care. They were the only gifts she received on the day, others had been delayed in the post. I'm hugely grateful to the person at iapetus for making my friend so happy on her birthday, she adored the gifts I'd chosen too :0)

I bought a few things for my family for Christmas, overall nothing too expensive, but the care and attention that had gone into my delivery was so sweet! There was a personal handwritten note on the delivery list (from Callum, hi!) detailing what all the little beautifully, securely, wrapped items were so that I didn't have to unwrap them to check, as well as some Christmas chocolates hiding among the packing peanuts (!!) - it made me feel really happy to see the effort that had been made to ensure everything arrived just perfect (while even saving on wrapping material), the delivery arrived quickly and the items themselves were loved by the people who received them. Thank you so much, will definitely find reason to shop from you again :)

I ordered two Fi Mehra rings which had to be made as they were not kept in stock. I wanted them to come prior to going on holiday if at all,possible. Ryan contacted me and kept me informed about the progress of the order and they arrived in plenty of time for me to take away with me.

I bought a ceramic hare for £99.99 as a Christmas present for my mother. It arrived mid December and I wrapped up the box rather than unpack the hare from the bubble wrap just to re-wrap it. When my mother unwrapped it we found that the hare’s foot was broken. When I contacted Iapetus I was told that it was outside the 14 day window for returning faulty goods (the letter sent with the product did not mention I only had 14 days otherwise I would have removed the packaging to check) They did not offer any compensation, not even a voucher to redeem against a future purchase. Very poor customer service.
