Cherry Ho is awesome! I was very lucky to have her guide me through the whole process, from the range of property choices to legal and loan services, even I was a foreign buyer. Cherry is a model property consultant and I will definitely come back to Cherry/iBuyNew for new Melbourne property purchase!

I found ibuynew on Google when looking to buy off the plan apartments and after sending an enquiry online I went in for a meeting a few days later. I wanted to buy a property in Sydney to make the most of the first home owner grant, but I was told that Brisbane would better suit my budget and is the best place to buy right now. After looking at the facts for myself I ended up buying a really lovely one bedroom apartment in Brisbane which I will rent out once complete.

I had a great experience from ibuynew from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. A lovely friendly team who are really helpful and definitely know their stuff and lots of properties to choose from. Thanks again!

I've been dealing with Robert and he's been extremely helpful. There was no pushy sales tactics and he took the time to understand our investment objectives - ensuring we purchased something that met our requirements. The financials and suburb stats were also presented to us so we could make a logical and informed decision.

More than happy to recommend these guys!

iBuyNew has a great range of projects in the best area and I recently purchased one for investment purpose. Robert Chandra, the Senior Property Consultant, was particularly very helpful and honest about the property that iBuyNew was selling. He didn't just try to sell the property but he also presented the facts or any information about potential growth in that suburb, etc for my consideration. I will certainly recommend iBuyNew for anyone that may be looking for property to live-in or investment. 2 THUMBS UP

I recently bought my first investment property from iBuyNew and it has been a great experience. They know what they are talking about and showed me lots of relevant data. It shows they are very experienced and made it alot easier for me to choose the right property for me to invest in. I would love to buy my second property with iBuyNew in the very near future.

The first time I met Robert from iBuyNew, I got the impression that he was confident and friendly. After my wife and i talked to him, we felt very motivated as he explained everything very clearly and we saw that he knows what he was talking about. I purchased my first apartment as my first home through iBuyNew. I have been talking with a few other agents before I met with them, but the service and honest advice iBuyNew provided definitely stood out from the crowd.

They are not only simply just selling apartments, they helped me to develop a strategy to best suit my situation and explained how investing in property could help me build up my wealth. They made my first property purchase experience easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends who are looking to buy apartments either for investment or to live in.

Selecting I Buy New to assist me in purchasing my first investment property was the best thing that I have ever done,
Biju Chaku is my consultant and he was with me every step of the way,
He answered all my concerns and solved all my issues to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
I would not hesitate in recommending this young man and his organisation as they certainly delivered on their promise.
