Purchased a Canon 300D digital camera on Monday via the internet. Received my email confirmation later that day. After confirming the order via a link in the email I recieved another email stating that the camera would ship within 48-72 hours. The camera actually shipped the next day and I received it today (Thursday) which was one day earlier than the the estimated delivery date. No hassles, received what I ordered, no attempts by retailer to purchase other costly accessories, and everything appears to be in good order with USA warranty.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from these guys and the item included all panasonics appropriate accessories and was not grey market - like other website suppliers and I wanted a black Digital Camera FC20 and plenty other places I tried didn’t have this particular model yet these guys did!

I purchased a portable DVD player for a christmas gift. The DVD player arrived on time and in perfect condition. We searched several different sights and IBUYPLASMA was the most competitive when you combine the cost of the DVD player and the shipping.

I purchased a Sharp LC-32GD4U from this retailer. when I received the LCD I had a burnt Pixel in the center. I called IBUYPLASMA right away and ask to return the TV and they would not replace the unit with another one.

I tried in everyway possible to work with them but no luck. I finally had to stop payment on my Visa card. I have since gone out and bought the same TV with no burnt pixel.

I would never buy another item from this company.

BTW, It is now January 2005 and they still haven't taken back the defective TV and it's still in dispute with Visa.

I was originally hesitant about ordering from these guys (typical nervousness about ordering from a Brooklyn, NY electronics merchant) but called them up and placed my order for an LCD TV at a great price.

They did try to sell me a warranty but were ok with shipping me the TV after I declined the warranty. They even contacted me the same day as my credit card company wouldn't originally authorize the transaction.

Item shipped out same day I ordered and I had it delivered to my door in just 3 days. One note of caution, they do require signature on deliveries, someone MUST be there to sign for the package, even if you have a waiver on file with Fedex/UPS.

All in all a very satisfying experience, got a top of the line product at an unbelievable price.

I was so happy with my buying experience, not only was the Panasonic DMC-FZ20 digital camera the best price without any gimmicks, but the shipping (expedited) was the least I could find, it arrived 1 day earlier than promised... Could not be happier..I will do business again this this company.

I ordered a Canon S2 IS package that had a number of extras for an unbelivable price, at frist they didn't have it and they called and talked to me in one of the best customer service calls i've ever had, they told me they were sorry they didn't have it in stock and that when it does come in they would send it over night with no extra charge and the very next day they got it and sent it over night with no extra charge, great place recommend it to anyone

Excellent buying experience. I bought from these guys because it was the cheapest price I could find. I paid for ground shipping and they sent it by 3-day air instead at no extra charge so I got the item even earlier than expected. This appears to be the same store as ibuydigital.com (and probably others as well ... check the address in Brooklyn NY on the contact page on each website) but has lower prices. I would buy from them again.

My only criticism: their website does not appear to use a secure connection for ordering or for taking credit card info.

I ordered roadmate 800 via phone. the CSR offered me warranty for the product stating that it was on sale for 49.95. I got it and when I received the product, the warranty was for LCD. I called back and after waiting over phone for long time, the lady said that CSR made a mistake and asked me to return the warranty card and tried to sell me another warranty for roadmate. (I knew that there are no serviceable parts in roadmate 800 as per manufacturer website) So I refused the new warranty and I returned the warranty card by registered mail because if they say that they did not get it, I would not get the money back. After two weeks, I had to send email explaining everything and a request to issue the credit. Two days after I got email stating that $45 have been refunded. I sent an email back explaining that it was their fault to give me wrong warranty at first place, why they deducted $5 and there is no response ever.
The catch with those warranty is that they do not specify anything and after four years who remembers and what? complete waste of money to buy warranty from them.

I used IbuyPlamsa to buy a Nikon Coolpix Digital Camera. I was very pleased with the experience I had with the company. I got the product very fast even though I used the standard shipping and, the product is an excellent product.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
