had no service for two days contacted chat said it should be back at 16..00 still no service used chat again would not give me any help until i gave him my bank details seems like a scam gave my phone number and post code he would not help my wife and i both use id so had no contact since yesterday now looking for new providers

Absolutely crap. Very poor signal and useless 4g. Would not recommend what so ever. Customer service is useless aswell. I really can't wait for contract to end. Don't touch with a barge pole.?????????

I have a 24 month contract for handset and plan which supposedly includes roaming in Europe. I spend three months each year in Italy, near Florence, and my phone is 100% useless there as ID's Italian partner, 3 ITA, has NO coverage in the area. This is highly dangerous as I ma 76, live alone, and have no way of contacting anyone in an emergency. I have contacted customer service many times since early July to ask them either to improve the coverage or to release me from the plan. I accept, of course, that I still need to pay for the handset. However, ID has refused to do either and has sent me a 'Deadlock' letter declining to help in any way.

paid last few months on time, today i missed payment as im paid in 2 days time and now im restricted, no calls or text or internet to move the money around to pay my bill when i get paid, worst network i ever been with most others warn you or call before disconnecting, current speaking to "communications ombudsman" as its not even showing on my credit file so something definitely isnt right.


And to reply to response, with app I can't log on with no internet

Currently with I.d. Mobile awful customer service the signal is dreadful keep putting bills up I can’t get in touch with them to cancel my contract worst network EVER

Awful customer service and they give bad advice. Staff do not have any training. Stay well clear. Not helpful at all. Data you get is poor and never a good signal.

Used my phone over the past 2 months in Majorca and France. Both months I have been charged for rest of world roaming. When I complained I was told that if the phone automatically selects the network it could be outside the EU. Unbelievable!

Just found out today that my tariff has been increased. No communication in advance! Chatted to their customer service online, and they said they've sent an automated text message on 24th March about the 2.7% price increase. Obviously I haven't received this message at all! All other companies, like Virgin Mobile and BT which I also use, will communicate about price increase well in advance (at least a few months), and most importantly by EMAIL!! Absolutely appalling practice!

One of the worst companies in uk. This is the only company that force you to use a password that haave a lower case, upper case, a numeric number and stupidly a special character too!!.

I had to replace a sim and guess what this is the only company that send the card after about two weeks as if we don't need the card these days because of covid-19 and then they don't straight away activate the sim as if they are the best company who every bad guy is after and they take the security very seriously, instead you have to login into account and then worst of all they ask you to enter the sim card ? number printed on the card, so if you have removed the sim and lost the rest of the card you are done!! You can't activate.
Very bad.

Purchased a new phone and contract on 25th March, its now Mon 11th May and I am still on my old phone and network, very frustrating, I switch every 2 years and have switched many times, however this is the longest switch by far, very poor service, very difficult to contact to resolve.

I can't believe I have something good to say about a mobile phone provider! I am actually happy with ID. I have a reasonable contract on a rolling one month basis, my unused data carries over to the next month without a fuss, they've never tried to contact me to sell me anything additional and their app is really good.

Great phone service! I have the huawei p20 pro and I'm nearing the end of my contract, over the 2 years 4g has been great and I cant wait to be a member for another 2 years!

Took a 30 day rolling sim only contract but cancelled the day the sim arrived - well within the cancellation period. Today received an invoice for the so-called pro rata period!! Spoke to"customer services", again, to be spoken to as if I was an idiot. The sim was cancelled the day it arrived, was never inserted into the phone or used, and destryed as per their instructions. Trading standards need to be investigating this "company" and reminding them of their obligations to abide by consumer law - their t&c's do not override the law!

Absolute rip off I got a £20 a month phone out and ended up paying sometimes nearly £200 a month, when you ring them they have no answers to as why and it’s in a different country!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

Yet yet again ID stoneage mobile running has useless normal, lucky if I get 1bar signal now to add to my list making calls I can hear them but they can't hear me if very little, id will has always say it my fault, but this is the 3rd phone I have tried and I know of another two id users who are having these constant problems,

After only one payment of a 24 month contract. My contract payment has already gone up by 2.5%. Absolutely disgusting I can't believe how a company are allowed to legally do this. Advice don't go to this company

Very sneaky becareful as soon as you open an account with them no matter how much your paying for your contract worth out telling you, you can spend up to 25 pounds extra if you run out of minutes, texts or data and there is no warning of you running out until you have maxed out your extra allowance, even though they only accepted me with a contract that cost no more than 12 pounds every month was paying over 30 pounds, read every little thing these guys give to you
