It was fine. Shipping took longer than expected and none of the links to track the package ever pulled anything up. When i called the "account manager" to get some help with where the package was he was very hard to get a hold of.

I sent an email to verify what I needed. CS returned my call within two hours and walked me through my on-line order. I reached out to track my order and they responded immediately with my ship/delivery dates. I needed it ASAP...and I got when promised. Great customer service.

We order the cards and when we received them, we realized that the size was incorrect. We have called and requested to have them returned and reimbursed. It took a few more calls to finally get in touch with Mr. Blair Ehlenfeldt, Senior Accounting Manager who directed me to the member services and they sent the RMA number. We were able to return the items after few weeks from receiving them and be unable to use them. At this time we are waiting for the reimbursement.

Quick turn over! Great response from the People there. Only problem I had was with your website. Tracking information was not working, and many pages went to Oops, something went wrong page. Otherwise, cards work great and again, turn over time was Very Good!

I just look around find good price and good deal key card I found your key card and I find out you good fast service too.thank you if you have some good deal key card or what else ? please let me known.I will order more our hotel we use way more key card. Thachvuong.

After inheriting the task when taking a new position with my employer, I reached out to our Senior Account Manager Blake to ask all my questions about how and what I can order through him. He was so friendly and quick to respond, answering all of my questions thoroughly. When one of the items I ordered arrived damaged, Blake responded immediately with the remedy. The item was exchanged very quickly. Blake has been a great help to me starting out in this role. Thank you!

Didn't receive tracking number for my product, so I contacted Customer Service. By the time, they got an answer to me, my product had already been delivered. The order was for a time sensitive project, so that tracking number would have been a lot easier had it been provided.

Unfortunately, the printer was damaged in shipping. It look 4 phone calls to determined the issue. After three phone calls to the same services number I was than told to call a new service provider as HID no longer handled the type printer I had ordered. Everyone was helpful, but it was a long day on the phone to determine the the printer was damaged during shipping.

Blake Rosenzweig was very helpful while I was ordering. He helped me determine the information I needed for the order and even presented me with a similar product at a lower price. I did not accept but I am grateful that he tried to save us money.

I did not speak with my Account Manager on this order; that's why I gave it the score I did. She did reach out to me to introduce herself as my new Account Manager shortly be fore I needed to place the order. She then followed up with an e-mail to me after I had placed the order.

Shipping is REALLY EXPENSIVE for anything other than ground. Are you sure this is calculated by weight and size. In the future I will not use this service because I have an alternate vendor with better shipping prices. They just happen to be out of stock.

Purchased suspender clip with snap and grommet hole and nylon lanyards with swivel hook to provide to our residents with their new pool key cards. Product was exactly what the HOA was looking for. The suspender clip (not really a clip for the product we ordered) allows residents to either attach to a key ring, the lanyard hook or some other type of hook or ring the resident would like to use. Will be ordering from IDZone again!

Felipe Villalaz from IDZone is the best sales person (customer service person) I've ever worked with !!! He doesn't call me every month (and that is very good). He called me twice in 2019 just to check on me and if I need more cards (at that time I didn't). March 2020 - Covid 19 came and we needed some cards. I called Felipe and super uber fast he gave me options plus a quote. After several hours (until I got the approval) I called Felipe and we ordered 1000 cards. I wish all my experiences with the sales departments (customer service are like that) Felipe is on my top customer service experiences along with Barracuda tech support, Dell Pro Business and HP Elite Pro support (also for business). It requires customer service and interpersonal skills from Felipe to let me know that he is following up with us and also not bother me every month with calls or emails ! You guys have a great person in Felipe, you have quality cards, you know your business (the level of customization is great) and the price is right. We are extremely happy with the service level we get from Felipe and from IDZone. Felipe is a true asset of your company. He deserves a raise because I've interacted with him several times and all his expertise and customer service skills are not there by mistake. Felipe knows his stuff and how to treat people ! That is rare !
