I was really hesitant to use a internet company to file a trademark in Mexico. (i am used to working with attorneys) paying easily over thousands of dollars. The account manager who was designated to my account was very patient and eased my concerns. So I did it anyways. Received an email confirmation of my trademark application that was filed & submitted in Mexico within a week with validity of receipts & documents. i am impressed. will definately refer!
