would never recomend iglu although i would have previously having booked with them before i had no hesitation in using them again, unfortunately my experience this time time round has me vowing never to use them again i was repatriated from my cruise on the 13th of march and iglu has never been in touch with me except to send generic replies to my emails or facebook messages it is 174 days and counting with no refund, so disappointed in iglu which in my opinion was a reputable company but will never use again booking ref;910457

I emailed to ask if a holiday was available and was called back within 10mins. The holiday I was looking at was sold out but we discussed my requirements and budget and another suitable holiday was found. Having done a huge amount of research myself this was the best price available, including direct from the tour operators. I will definitely use Iglu Ski again.

Needed to move September 2020 cruise to next year due to vulnerable age demographics of some of those in our party. Quickly and easily changed to same time, same itinerary for next year with no fuss or bother and the very small admin fee was cancelled out by a cheaper price next year. Very efficiently dealt with.

They were helpful in transferring our cruise that we had booked for sept 2020 to next year October 2021. Although disappointed not going this year didn't feel we could really enjoy it as would have been worried for our safety and parents who are in vulnerable age group. Also couldn't take risk that might have to quarantine when came back because can't see work letting us have time off . Hopefully all be good next year.

We were extremely impressed by the service of IgluSki - especially given that we made our request after 8pm on Sunday night, less than half an hour later our perfect ski holiday was all booked up. Thank you very much - will definitely be back...

Firstly I booked through iglu ski,but in actual fact we were with ski total.I can never understand why we always seem to pay more than anybody else in our chalet.There was no rep of iglu ski or ski total to meet us.we were unable to buy our lift passes on the transfer and we only just made it to the ski hire shop before it closed.Nobody told us that our chalet hosts have 2 days off now,we may as well of gone self catering and it’s ruined the social aspect of the chalet.Holiday costs are up and service is down.We are very dissatisfied

Daniel handled my coronavirus cancelled cruise exceptionally well and helped secure a good rebooking for next year. He was at all times knowledgeable, responsive and reassuring when needed.

Spoke to Glenn and moved 2 P&O cruises to other dates, Glenn was very helpful and very professional made the process a breeze, no fuss, no worries, done

gave a price for ski trip on a email then when came to book later that day was told price not correct so ended up paying £100 more.was unable to speak with person who gave original price was now on holiday,fortunate that!

Leanne was both friendly and helpful and took care to ensure that I was booking a holiday has close as possible to the one that was cancelled this July
Not the first time with Iglu and certainly not the last

Very nice lady on phone - booking OK except it was a transferred booking from another cruise which she could not update properly on the invoice as accounts were not open. She said she would update immediately they were open. Still waiting for correct invoice two days later. Looks like I will have to ring them again.

I spoke to Martin and he explained everything very clearly. He answered all my questions quickly and gave me a better deal on a crystal ski holiday than crystal themselves. I felt very happy to book my trip with igluski

My friends and I wanted to transfer our cruise from this year to next year because of Covid-19. My friends changed theirs and while I was waiting to get through,Charlie - the agent they spoke to - phoned me and changed my booking for me. What a star! Have had brilliant service previously as well. I definitely recommend this company.
