I had requested to be delivered on the website in our new address but for some reason your team did not receive it on the system and the gifs arrived 4 working days after the day that should be delivered. Another point is inside the gifts inside the box are dusty. I am very happy with Igo Promo but if those points can be fixed will be great request next year again or any moment that we think that is time to buy more gifts to our clients.

As a first time buyer, the whole experience was effortless. The finished product is printed with our company logo added and looks very effective. Very happy with the service overall.

Received the bags a week after the Children's Fun Day event we had committed to sponsoring a gift for the children attending the party - I was told by the customer representative my instructions weren't clear although from the outset I stated what date the event was on and his suggestion was "perhaps use them for another event". Poor customer service and would not recommend the company.

IGO Promo were incredibly great to deal with, special thanks to the staff for when there was a misshap with the delivery service, they had the package at our door 2 days later following a mix up.

Great company, will use again!

I ordered hoodies for my company back in November 2017.
One lot shipped and arrived, the other disappeared into the ether. 5 months later after chasing down the sales department with emails and phone calls. Nothing. Finally, I emailed again and got a refund. I had to re order after 5-6 months. The hoodies finally arrived. (They were the wrong color) I would not recommend based on my experience and handling of my case.

Courier service was definitely not to standard even after the first complaint. They still delivered without notification and contents were soaked wet and damaged as they were left at back door in rain on two occasions...(even though I was told a wet signature was required)

I have been doing business with Igo promo for the last 4 years and they never fail to disappoint. They are so accommodating, very efficient and the goods are delivered really quickly. I order engraved key rings every year and the quality, presentation and price is superb. The staff are extremely nice and helpful when dealing with over the phone. I generally deal with a guy called Nate and he’s a pleasure to do business with. I will continue to use Igo Promo.
