Ordered a $131.71, five piece canvas set called "Starlit Dream" and heres the HONEST and OBJECTIVE breakdown:

Customer Service:
Had to download an app to track my shipment, got an email reply when I inquired about shipping in less than 24 hours. Not bad.

Canvas Quality:
This is where things go downhill, I was excited the package came in about a week, opened it and saw a poor quality print. Felt like for $140, you should at least get a high quailty print. Some parts of canvas print had color bleed, other parts were slightly blurry, and colors were okay at best. It was objectively lower quality canvas print than the website pictures let on. (I kept it because it still looks okay in my dark room with some LED backlights).

The BIG Problem:
Less than a month after I doubleside taped it to the wall, having done nothing that would possibly damage the canvas wood frame, I noticed slight warping of the canvas on my wall. Two of the five pieces of canvas wood frames had begun to curve and distort. It no longer looks symmetrical on my wall. Very disappointed at the company, and to be honest I read whatever reviews I could find, and I couldn't find many reviews on this online canvas shop, but now I feel like the 5 star ratings aren't honest.

Overall, okay customer service, poor canvas print quality, and poor wood frame quality control, you are basically wasting money if you shop here, I probably can't return at this point and won't bother to go through hoops for my money wasted.

I bought it as a gift for my nephew so I never witnessed the actual product but he is completely fascinated

I have decorated my home with IV, can’t get enough!! They even rewarded me a 20% discount coupon under my name because I’m their loyal customer.

Innovation & customer care are KEY for a successful business and these guys have it all!!! Very well deserved.

I’ve witnessed them grow as a company and i’m very proud to be part of their community.

Hello, after a while of being their number 1 customer (most likely), I decided to post and encourage ya'll to go to IV's instagram and peep the video of my art room studio decorated with illest view products. After being given so many discounts and free stuff for being a loyal customer, here I am spreading the word. cheers!

I ordered two canvases on the same day, and was informed it would take up to 10-14 days to both process and ship. The first one arrived almost immediately with no delay. The second one was apparently overlooked. I had to reach out to confirm they were actually shipping my order since I had already dropped a total of $100 on their website. Moments later I had a shipping confirmation, and an apology from customer service. They were very friendly and accommodating, and the art is amazing!!! Just not pleased that they can overlook a $40 order, and wouldn’t have sent it unless I had reached out. I’m pretty sure they over nighted it to me, which, again, great customer service. Just not sure I would order again if they aren’t on top of all orders, especially when I’ve already been charged.
