WELL ALL THIS REPORT, BUT RELEASE IS VERY HIGH COST, I thought it would be reasonable, but it was not so. ANYWAY YOU FOR THE REPORT THAT STILL did not help much, AS COMPELLING TO KNOW YOU CAN UNLOCK And I knew that if they could UNLOCK. THANKS ANYWAY.

I'm greatful I found this website IMEI Index... Its like the customer rep is always there... really do you guys do anything else besides support customers? It's A++++++++ and excellently aligned to really do the job. Had all the data that was necessary to get my phone unlocked as quickly as possible. Would recommend as I'm a first time user and was too pleased I had to write a review( something I hardly do) lol

Initially I had been unhappy with the service provided as I did not receive what I had ordered. I contacted IMEI-Index and received a response from Zisis. Zisis was great resolved my problem in no time. Seems like the information I requested probably went to my junk mail folder so I presumed I had received nothing. Zisis fixed it quickly and provided me with everything I need. I am fully satisfied with the service

I thought your reports are instant. My report details My IMEI number is 35729509804478 And my Transaction ID: 0CJ477473X540234A My Receipt No: 3557-9951-6985-0700 Fake site, didn't get any any report just charged me, I've mailed them few times, but didn't get any reply. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

Do not hesitate to use their product. and from a service standpoint, they responded to all my emails within minutes. walked me through everything. as you all know, this is not the Norm internationally especially!!!

I used IMEI Index to check the unlock status of a phone I was planning to sell on eBay. I received excellent service and friendly advice from Zisis, the agent who responded to my request. He/she responded immediately and included more than what I expected in a very nice PDF format. I even asked for advice and he/she was very quick to respond. I am very impressed with the service and my entire experience and I highly recommend IMEI INDEX.

I used to determine if my phone was unlocked. Report indicated that "Locked" was " unknown" Not much help. Sent a reply to provider on weekend. They replied on Monday and gave email that phone was unlocked, and they had an error in their report which they will fix as soon as possible. Also web site said I could get a free check but when I tried it said free was not working so I had to pay. That was aggravating.

ı use this service they took me 240 dollar to full unlock but they couldn't do unlock and they are saying to me always we will refund your money but they didnt refund my money in 20 days , ı am waiting 20 days and looks like ı will wait more than 1 year !! Don't Use this service if they can't do they will not refund your money!

It may look like a simple iPhone IMEI Check service, but their staff is amazing. Not only did they guide me through the whole process and informed me which service I needed (based on what I told them), but they also provided me awesome support after my order. They even provided me feedback for the IMEI Unlock company I wanted to use. Their response time is about 3 minutes, and they provide you a full PDF report, so you can go back and check it anytime you want. Stayed 100% satisfied and they support Paypal too.

Very satisfied with their sense of customer service. I have used this service three times and each time have been involved with a human being on the other end. Very good service for a very reasonable price! If you are planning to purchase a used phone from the internet, INSIST on getting an IMEI (aka ESN) number from the seller so that you can verify the condition of the device using IMEI-index! Just a follow-up on my last review. The unlock didn't happen. I feel that I have been given the run around. It has been since April and my phone is still not unlocked.I think they have known from the beginning that they were not going to be able to unlock my phone, and they should have just said that instead of making me wait for almost 3 months. They don't keep in touch. If I don't message them, then I don't hear from them at all. This is unacceptable given the fact that I have paid a lot of money for this service. They should keep their customers up to date about what is going on. Now, I have to wait for the cancellation, and it has been seven days now. I had to message them again in order to get some information for my refund. I am so disappointed with how they have handled my account. I would not recommend their services...ever!!!
