Ruby is an excellent representative for Info Canada. She always follows up on a timely basis. I ask her to keep 'nagging me' and to keep me on task because I sometimes get distracted on my end to the detriment of our campaigns. She is always friendly and patient with her reminder calls! Having the same representative year after year is very reassuring. The data was returned very quickly upon ordering.

The data received was at an accuracy rate at or above industry standards.

We will purchase again. We have used other marketing databases elsewhere but they were proven inaccurate.

I have not seen one bad thing said about Infocanada - looks like they wrote these themselves. Its awful. A rip-off and the people are hounds looking for a bone. Not work the time or $.

Have been dealing with InfoCanada for a number of years now. We have been very happy with our representative Ruby. It is a very easy and quick process to receive our purchase.

I find InfoCanada to be the best source for contact list information because the process to make your selection is easy to use; however, the best feature is being able to see the list of companies to select from so the purchased list does not duplicate companies already existing in a current database.

We have used InfoCanada as our mailing list provider for a number of years and have always found the quality of their lists to be first rate, as well as being extremely cost effective in relation to other mailing list providers. Their customer service consistently exceeds expectations. They typically provide list counts and answers to any of our inquiries almost instantaneously, and once our orders are placed we always receive our lists the next day if not the same day. It was always a pleasure dealing with Tim in the past and it is very reassuring knowing that we are receiving the same level of outstanding customer service from Richard.

I have been recommending InfoCanada to number of my clients for many years. The feedback we receive from our clients is that they are very pleased with the quality of the list.
And the customer service is top notch: prompt replies to my count requests, to pricing questions, and/or clarification to any of my questions is fantastic.
There is no question about it, I will continue to recommend InfoCanada to my clients.

Info Canada provided our business with excellent and accurate Canadian business information. We successfully increased our sales as a result of their information. Our representative Ruby was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend InfoCanada for any business looking to increase their sales.
