I saved 6 thousand dollars with this purchase. I've always been a DIY'er, but putting in my own furnace was easier than I thought might be. The techs were extremely helpful in the one problem I had (misunderstood the instruction in the manual) and got it resolved on the phone. Not only di I save money on the install, but saving each month of the heat season with a much higher efficiency. Will break even in three years. Getting ready to do the AC

I purchased a 3 ton heat pump and air handler from Ingrams in July 07 and could not be happier with their service as well help with the installation. This was my first time in purchasing such a large item on the internet and then having the installation done by friend. Have not had any problems since the installation and hope to have many more service free years.

I bought a Goodman 5ton 16seer split unit heat pump from Ingrams in april 2010 and the whole process was beyond satisfactory. The price was unbeatable. The staff was very helpful and professional in the purchase of this unit. I havent had any problems or concerns at all with my unit or with Ingrams Water and Air. First I would like to thank Reuben at Ingram's for putting up with my constant stream of what could be easily considered nagging questions concerning the complicated mix of GEOTHERMAL components that he and the team put together for my elaborate GEOTHERMAL and radiant floor system.

Reuben always got back to my questions and needs in a very timely manner which is more than I can say for other transactions that I have had in my home building project.THANK YOU!

The prices are reasonable if not the lowest I came across when searching for the same components from other sources for comparison.

The knowledge base has been outstanding and exceeded that of my local contractors and installers which saved me grief and money. THANK YOU!

I purchased a heatpump from Ingrams Water and Air in 07. They were very help full in the ordering process. They were also right there to help with the small problems I had. I thank them again for all their help and look forward to buying from them in the future.

I bought a heat pump system from Ingram's including outdoor unit and inside blower with heat strips.

Before ordering I called and talked with Ed. He's the best! He talked me through everything that would be involved and helped me make the right decision.

Shipping was fast and well put together. The units came on two pallets and fit easily in my truck. Everything was professionally packaged.

Once the unit was installed I realized that the thermostat I ordered was broken - not Ingram's fault, it was broken from the factory. I called Ed back and he sent a new thermostat immediately - I didn't even have to send the old one back before he would send the new one. New thermostat worked great.

I'll use Ingram's in the future when I have a need for heating and air.

Bought my GasPac HVAC 2.5 years ago I have never had such great support and followup in anything I have purchased
when I called they figured exactly what unit I needed for my house and when I picked it up they made sure everything was there that was supposed to be included. Even loaded it on my trailer for me
last month The air conditioner portion would not work I called and was immediately given instruction as to how to get it fixed Where to get it fixed and how to handle the warranty.
I have already referred potential clients to them and will continue to do so. An outstanding example of great products and intelligent and concerned customer support

We istalled a 15 seer Heat pump in fall of 2009. We are very pleased at its performance. Would do it again. Pleased to recomment the Goodman product to everyone.

Have ordered many systems in the past with no problem, the last three where horrible experiences. The last attempt was with Matt at x107. After over an hour on hold 6/6/17 he told me he would call the next morning by 9, at 10:30 I had to call him. He said he would immediately email me the price since they had my information from previous orders. After no email I called again the next day. He said my email bounced but he had correct information. He would send again but I never got it. I have since left 4 messages on his VM but no answer back. Dont be fooled by these people, search for others as I have saved a little over $200 on each of my systems.

I purchased a 14 SEER Goodman Packaged Heat Pump from Ingram's Water and Air. The prices blew the competition out of the water. I was skeptical at first as to what I was losing by going with the cheapest price, but to my surprise they also had the best customer service and technical support out of all the companies I contacted. I would recommend Ingram's Water and Air to anyone looking to save money on HVAC equipment without sacrificing customer service.

I only rated this a 1 star to make sure it was on top, this site is a scam to get companies to pay them to correct the REAL averages. Ingram's Water and Air is a great company, with good service and excellent prices.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I just revised to a 5 star as the company is great and I only did the 1 star to prove this site is a scam.

Not very happy with buying the dent and scratch - I was sent the pictures of the unit before purchase and all it had was couple cosmic issues but once we got the unit which took longer than i thought it would- it had more issues - Customer Services rep said he was aware of the other issues that you could use a too fix the problems, someone might of touch it but the problems were inside the unit - so i feel like i bought a used or bad unit - i had to get this unit in ASAP so i just had the installer fix the problems that the unit had but i will say i'm not happy with my purchase and never make bad reviews but i can't give a good one on this purchase

We searched online and found that this business has an active Facebook page with 680 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established.
