Aside from the fact that it took over 3 weeks to receive my order when I live in the same State of florida as they, the order came from China which was not specified on their website but not only that the product quality is abysmal.! Stay away from this company

The reviews on this site are inaccurate. Look at their BBB complaints and other reviews. Hundreds and hundreds of customers who have paid for a product and are still waiting several months later. I purchased at the begining of May, here i is July 4th and Im still waiting. Their live chat is level one support with basically no other function than to give you the tracking status. Which I obviously already know. Email support replies with the same template responses. 23 emails asking for a refund 21 reply back apologizing telling me "its on its way" with the link to track it. The other 2 their template reply didnt apply to my question. They have no phone support. Charge back has been started with my bank. Again, hundres of customers posting reviews sharing the same experience.

My daughter ordered a bouquet of flowers for 40 dollars made of styrofoam and roses which is a absolute piece of garbage ! IMy daughter wanted a refund as it was a piece of junk she could have found at a Dollar Store but they refused to refund her money!!! I am so upset with this company and their practices ! Initially I had difficulty finding the color choice I wanted for one item, but I contacted live chat and before they could answer, the choice I was looking for popped up. The checkout process was a little clunky, but I suppose that's part of placing my first order. It should be smoother next time now that my info is entered. Overall my experience shopping on this site was quite pleasant.

I had purchased a Christmas gift and never had received it... a couple months had gone by and a team member from inspire uplift contacted me to see how I liked my gift. I had told them what happened and they replaced it for me! Talk about customer service! I will continue to shop with inspire uplift because the products are not only awesome but so is the team behind them! Thanks so much :)

Easy to order , awesome process from start to finish I was a little worried because of my previous online buying from a site I never heard of . Glad you guys were a real company my best friend daughter love the sleeper she sleeps better now at night knowing her daughter cant roll over

Whenever I browse the site and open a product for info- then click 'back' I have to go through the whole list of previously seen items already until I reach the product I left off at. There should be a way to go back to ur last position on the list. Also there's no info regarding how soon my order will reach me- atleast an approximate date. Just payment made and that's it. But good and 'different' products on the whole.

Shopping was easy. Checkout, not so much. I entered my info Correctly where it asked for it. Website repeatedly defaulted wrong address between shipping and billing address or would go back to both address are the same. Should be able to just enter billing and shipping in specified areas or maybe check a box. Frustrating. Also delivery date isn't obvious. I'm sure quality and cs are just fine tho.

When my son was a year old, we took a trip across country so he could meet family members. He was already walking and was very active and I was afraid I would loose him in the airport. Luckily, I found one of those "baby leashes" which made it much easier to keep him close to me. However, I did get some dirty looks and rude comments from other people.

I'm hoping "Real Touch Tulips" mean live flowers. When I clicked on "View Description," nothing happened. Hopefully, the flowers will be delivered SOON (between 5/8 & 5/11/20). I didn't see a delivery selection either. I hope all goes well. My stepmother is unable to receive visitors and I want her to at least get the flowers.

I got my 3 seamless bras crossover bras today. And the sizes are wrong

I have been waiting since May 5th for my order and they haven’t updated my tracking order. I’m tired of getting the same response as if it’s a copy and pasted answer about my concerns. If they genuinely cared about their customers they would have a real life person with an actual response to my issues.

Placed an order for a small package on April 27th(43 days ago), and still nothing. Tracking does not update at all. When you contact them to find out about delivery, they give you the same robotic response every time, nothing changes. Asked for a refund, still get the same robotic response. I've never written a review before but felt inclined because this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company. I specifically ordered this item a month in advance so I could give it to someone as a present for their birthday. Their birthday has come and gone and still no delivery of this item. Completely worthless and terrible business.

I ordered from Inspire Uplift two months ago. I still have not received my merchandise. I have requested a refund and all I have received are reassurance that the products are on the way. I once again let them know I could not order from them again because all I had received was their reassurance. It has been another week and I have not heard anything from them. They know how to use your credit card but fall far short on delivering what they say they sell.

I placed my order on May 5th, it still hasn't shipped. When I contact them I get the same reply giving me a tracking number but when checking it the result is always the same:

I don't believe that they being truthful and am starting to think I'm never getting my order. Do not do business with this company.
Update
Contacted the live chat wasted 40 minutes to be told the same thing but this time they claimed another shipping company had the package. The tracking info is exactly the same. Waiting in Inglewood California to be picked up.

I was looking for a good computing desk form quite a long time then one day while surfing the internet I came across Inspire Uplift’s Adjustable Standing Desk and I could restrain myself from purchasing it. This desk is extremely convenient to use and get easily adjusted as per the user’s body postures. I am really obliged to Inspire Uplift for this awesome product and also looking forward to shop more from this site .
