We have used Insurance4carhire every year since January 2015. The company is very easy to deal with and all documentation is clear and easy to understand. We appreciate the peace of mind that we have knowing that if a problem occurs we have quality cover. Insurance4carhire was originally recommended to us by a friend, and we are happy to recommend this company to our friends.

This insurance product has proved its value to me over the years and (at present) I renew annually. All policy documents are available online - if they were more easily downloadable as pdf, I would award five stars.

I have used Insurance4carhire in the past and therefore decided to renew with them again. Very disappointed that I have not received a confirmation with my policy documents or note of cover to date despite chasing. Being told they will respond in 3 days.......when cover is required from the date of the policy then this is dreadful customer service.

I have had this policy for several years as I rent cars extensively. I have had very good service from them during the few claims I have made.

Apart from a 12.5 % increase since last year, without a claim, the service seems good. However, service is only as good as there claims procedure which I can't comment on never having made a claim.

Had policies with Insurance4carhire for two/three years now .... never had to make a claim... but this year I didn't receive a renewal reminder ... and sadly my cover had expired .... good job I didn't need to make a claim ! most importantly I couldn't download a copy of my policy to see full detaisl of my cover and exclusions .... !!

I had to claim twice, once because of an accident I caused and once because of alloy damage. Both times my claim was processed and paid within a couple of days after I submitted the required documentation. Very efficient and trustworthy. I will be buying the same policy again.
