I completed the application form and a salesperson ring me back with-in 5 minutes and walked me through everything that I required to start my application. Nice and easy and finished with-in 5 minutes. The paper document for my insurance policy was in my possession the next day.

Spoke to someone, the had underwriter in office that day and agreed favourable quote which I accepted. Certsinly the positive approach of the Octopus seller made a difference. Human contact 1, digital on-line passive fixed systems 0.

All was good but getting my sons bank details when setting up our direct debit was not very good at all I got a letter saying that that one had been cancelled and new one set up I just hope it's all been set up ok

I have recommended Octopus to friends who needed a broker with a reputation of excellent service.
I needed a reduction, even a small one , of the renewal premium and a very helpful member of the Octopus team managed to obtain one.

I have just done my 2nd renewal with these folks,I must admit they make it very easy to do.There is someone who always answers the phone and is up to scratch on all aspects.Prices are good,cover seems good and I would recommend them highly.This is coming from someone who doesn't normally do reviews but credit where it is due!!

Always stayed with our normal broker for our warehouse insurance but this year they were too expensive. checked reviews first and decided to try Octopus. Very efficient. Would highly recommend

Having been with the same broker for many years and paying ,what I thought was too much for what I needed, The agent at Octopus gave me a quote which was half of what I have been paying over the past 3 years. Needless to say my broker came back with a cheaper than Octopus quote after I told him the new quote, I renewed with Octopus even though I paid £15 more , i felt my broker should have shopped around on my behalf in the first place.
