We have been very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness from the team in Saffron Walden, especially Abi, Charlotte and Lisa. Really great teamwork and a genuine pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble. Intercounty Saffron Walden are quite simply streets ahead of all the other agents we have worked with and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Doug was fantastic, he was the one person we were able to rely on to give us information and find out answers for us. He has such a happy cheery personality that it was a pleasure working with him and was a welcome change to our solicitors who never sounded happy to talk with us.

I can only start by saying huge thank you to Josh, Charlotte, Lisa and the team for their help with our recent purchase.

The process from start to finish as been both stress free and enjoyable thanks to the teams efforts. The team have all been on top form, very professional and hard working from the girls coming out on various viewings (of which we may have overstayed our welcome sometimes) to Josh working behind the scenes to progress the sale while having to endure numerous phone calls from myself.

I cannot say anything more positive but to only try it for your selves. The team have gone above and beyond. If you’re selling or buying, this is the team for you.

Jenny at Intercounty was always polite, always helpful, did what she said she was going to, and despite a very frustrating house purchase was not only professional but human too.

We were told by the Harlow team a cash buyer was interested in our property so we dropped the price by 15K as they said this would be a quick sell and we have already been accepted on another property and they knew this.
After four weeks I chased and they casually informed us that actually we are now having to wait because the buyer is getting a part mortgage which is slowing down the process. The first time we had heard about that! The lack of communication has been awful, we are constantly told we will know more on a certain date and then we then chase them on that date, this then gets pushed back with more excuses!
This should not have taken 7 weeks when they said it would be a quick sale, they should not have lied about this being a cash buyer or at least told us the circumstances had changed.
We are constantly having to chase them and it has started to become quite stressful especially as this is a service we are paying for.
I feel let down and not supported. I would not recommend at all and have told all friends and family to avoid!

I was very pleased with the way Caroline, james and Luke from the Braintree branch manged my let.The property was presented excellently both on the internet and on the brochure.From start to finish everything was very professional and helped me to make the right choices regarding the tenants.Very well managed and helpful. Would recomment without hesitation.

Kat Keats. We email each other at regular intervals about issues that may arise concerning the properties , and if there are any glitches she manages them with good humour, sagacity and competency.

Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Due to challenging problems at the bottom of the chain they both went out of their way to expedite the process and kept us informed every step of the way.

Marion was extremely helpful at all times, as were the staff, especially Dan the letting guy, the sale went through in less than 4 months so well satisfied with that. Definitely recommend Sawbridgeworth Intercounty Estate agents, well done guys

A huge thank you to the Intercounty Team at the Dunmow Branch, in particular Andrew K who has been on hand day and night to help me with any queries while buying our first home.
Super helpful and has made the whole process a lot easier for us!

We had a few issues with the property initially but once
Doug Whybrow from the Bishops Stortford branch started to address the issues we knew we had someone we could talk to and get the job done.
It was very refreshing to have someone who was on the ball, conscious, understanding and a pleasure to have on our side.
He worked very hard to achieve the perfect outcome even addressing issues that were not his concern to help us.
If it wasn't for him im sure we would be still waiting to move into
the property now.

Jason, our valuer impressed us initially with his extensive research and professional approach. Intercounty have kept us well informed of the progress of our two house sales at all stages, and have negotiated well with the buyers on our behalf. They are very good at chasing up viewers to get valuable feedback. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from Intercounty Old Harlow, especially Brandon o Sullivan. He was constantly pushing and chasing the chain. I was phoned and informed constantly and nothing was too much trouble. Brandon is a great communicator and seem to really care. Tbf the whole team at Old Harlow were very good! Worth every penny.

Chloe Haken and Luke Harrison at Braintree had to work very hard in the final days of securing the tenants for our property through no fault of their own AND neither was it ours or the tenants!! The referencing agency, sadly I do not have their name yet, fell woefully short of what it says on the tin, REFERENCING. They failed to pursue the stumbling block as ferociously as these two employees had to and dealing with the payroll department of a High Street frozen food company who only deign to answer their phones for two hours a day has to be experienced to be believed! Such incompetence and indifference. Chloe had been on hold for nearly half an hour to this company when we arrived in the office and finally she got through and explained very clearly what was required and we needed it now not next week. She got it. These two have more patience than I have and now our tenants are moving in after a delay of many days. Thank you Chloe and Luke.

After searching for our first home for 6 months we finally found the perfect one with Intercounty Stansted. They made the whole process seamless and we're extremely helpful and approachable throughout. We can't thank the whole team enough and would highly recommend.
