I absolutely love the dining room table but I though it took a while to get to me. It was a very expensive piece of furniture though and was delivered white glove delivery for free so I can't complain to much. I will definitely show your store in the future for other things.

I was thrown off by the last-minute note about needing to verify stock and concerned that I might only get half of my order. Ideally, the site should tell you right up front if an item is out of stock. However, I love the fish plates and they look amazing at our cottage.

I had purchased this floor lamp previously at a lighting store. We sold the house where I had the lamp and wanted another one for my new home. They no longer carried the lamp, but there was a sticker on the bottom of my old lamp and I was able to find a source for that lamp. It was interiorhomescapes. I was not surprised at the cost. It was the same as at the store and you had free shipping which was a definite plus. I love the style of the lamp. The packaging was outstanding for both the lamp and the shade. It looks great in my new home.

Couldn't be happier with the Caracole furniture that I ordered. It is beautiful and gets lots of compliments. It took a little longer to get to me than expected but it is high-end furniture and the white glove delivery was free. I'll definitely shop your store again in the future.

Call to check stock and also get my tracking information. It took a little longer than I expected to get my bed but it is an expensive bed and I wanted it to arrive in perfect condition. It is gorgeous and the delivery guys were very nice.

I have done several design projects using their products and my clients are always very happy. They also have down the white glove delivery for larger items which makes my job a lot easier. I definitely recommend them.

Love my new nesting tables. They look just like the photos and look great in our living room. The tables were well packaged and arrived in perfect shape. I appreciated the ongoing communication on delivery and availability. I also bought a side table that arrived a week before that is perfect too. This was an easy, fast living room upgrade!

I ordered 2 side tables and one of them arrived damaged but the claims department was very responsive and they got another table right out to me. I was really impressed with the customer service and will definitely shop your store again.

My designer ordered some things from interiorhomescapes and then I started shopping myself and I love the selection. Such unique items and customer service is alwasy nice when you call in with a question.

when using my phone to place the order, there was no place for the coupon code, so I wa about to give you 2 stars since so far, this has not been a good experience. I had to drag our my computer and then place the order from a laptop. Many people, as you likely know, use a smart phone to order online, and your system is not up to date thus affecting your over all score. My order was over $1,200, and I almost did NOT order from you site...ie. you almost lost a sale, but I was in a hurry.

Sadly, it takes a really long time to get the merchandise. They will not confirm ship dates when you order so you are flying blind. I am disappointed in the items I selected as none appear as they did on the website. Additionally, the delivery company called me when they received the items and were not able to deliver them for nearly 10 days! All around not a good overall experience. Sadly, I am still waiting for two of the items from my order.

Very helpful with questions about availability. Very friendly also. Love the product. Hangars for our flower baskets on back porch. They are elegant and slightly whimsical. Great addition to our outdoor living space
